Zang Bergel returns for Banco Hipotecario bond

Zang, Bergel & Viñes Abogados has acted as deal counsel for a US$31.3 million notes issuance by Banco
Hipotecario.
The offering is part of the bank’s US$500 million global notes programme. Banco Hipotecario, BACS Banco de
Crédito y Securitización, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires and Nuevo Banco de Santa Fe acted as placement
agents in the transaction, which closed on 22 May.
Zang Bergel took on the same role in November last year, when Banco Hipotecario issued US$44 million in
debt.
