要 旨 : E n z y m e s e x h i b i t h i g h s u b s t r a t e -­‐

ding and the intracomplex interacDons of enzymes play important role
s in strong catalyDc ability. As one of a series of anDoxidaDve selenoenz
ymes in living organisms, glutathione peroxidase (GPx) catalyzes the re
ducDon of harmful hydroperoxide by glutathione and protect biological molecules from oxidaDve stress in cells. We specify the development o
f arDficial selenoenzyme based on molecular recogniDon and self-­‐
assembly, several strategies containing chemical, biological and supra
molecular strategies or the combinaDon of them have been developed to design selenoenzyme with high specificity and acDvity by using anDb
ody, proteins, cyclodextrins, dandrimers, nanoparDcles and recently su
pramolecular nanostructures as scaffolds. ì
