Because of developing the approach of psycap in the organizations, this paper has studied and identified the role of psycap components on organizational commitment and job satisfaction in Iranian public organization. This research has quantitative approach and follows correlation method. The data has gathered by the standard tools from the populations that was employees of public organizations in Tehran province and were tested by using structural equations and factor analysis. The finds of research shows that psycap components has significant relation with the organizational commitment. But optimism doesn’t affect job satisfaction. The result show resiliency has the highest rank, and optimism lowest rank. At last, psycap is a good predictor of organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
