1. 概要
1.1.
F-RevoCRM とは
F-RevoCRM は、高機能なオープンソース CRM アプリケーションとして世界中で活用され
ている VTigerCRM（※）をベースに、日本の企業文化に合わせシンキングリードが独自にカ
スタマイズを行ったフリー＆オープンな高機能 CRM アプリケーションです。
※VTigerCRM は、オープンソースの CRM（顧客管理）アプリケーションです。世界各地
で 280 万以上のダウンロード実績があり、ユーザー主導によるローカライゼーションが行わ
れています。英語のほかに、ドイツ語、スペイン語、ハンガリー語、スロバキア語などに多言
語化されているほか、日本でもコミュニティによる日本語化のプロジェクトが活発に進めらて
います。
オープンソース
F-RevoCRM はソースコードが開示されているため、特定の開発ベンダーに依存せず、スピー
ディ且つ低コストでシステムの構築・運用を行うことができます。社内でシステムを内製化す
ることも可能です。
ライセンスフリー
F-RevoCRM は、他の CRM 製品を選定した際に生じるライセンス料がかかりません。自社で
費用をかけずにカスタマイズや保守を行うのも、コンサルティングや SI、カスタマイズなど
必要なサービスを利用してより早期の活用や成功を目指すのも、文字通り自由です。
統合型 CRM
F-RevoCRM はマーケティング・営業支援・保守サポート・販売管理・コミュニケーション機
能まで網羅し、「統合型 CRM」を実現しており、メジャーな CRM 製品と比較してもほとん
ど遜色ありません。
柔軟性
各項目の追加・変更・削除は管理画面で行うことができます。また、標準言語（PHP）で開
発されており、カスタマイズが容易であり、基幹システムなどと連携することで、業務の効率
化や質の高い情報共有が実現できます。

アクセス権
Apache 実行ユーザー/グループは、配置した F-RevoCRM フォルダの Read・Write を許可さ
れている必要があります。許可されているか分からない場合、全てのユーザーに Read・Write
許可を与える（chmod-R a+rw）を使う方法があります。
2.5.
インポート・エクスポート機能に関するご注意事項
F-RevoCRM は VTigerCRM をベースにしていますので標準機能は VTigerCRM に従います。
インポート・エクスポート機能は下記のような動作をします。
・エクスポート時：既定の定義リストの選択肢は内部の英語ラベルで出力されます。
・インポート時：既定の定義リストの選択肢は内部の英語ラベルを使用する必要があります。

ファイルの配置
ダウンロードした zip ファイルを解凍して全てのソースコードをシステムを設置するサイトの
Root にアップロードしてください。アップロード後、設置するフォルダのアクセス権を

4. Windows 環境でテスト環境を作る場合
Windows でテスト環境を作る場合は Windows 用の Apache、MySQL、PHP を個別にインスト
ールして環境構築する方法を取りますが、XAMPP を利用すると一括で環境をインストールする
ことが出来ます。
ただし、それぞれのミドルウェアのバージョンをご確認頂き、適切な XAMPP バージョンを選
択してください。

8. TERMINATION.
8.1.

8.2. If You initiate litigation by asserting a patent infringement claim (excluding
declatory judgment actions) against Initial Developer or a Contributor (the Initial Developer

or Contributor against whom You file such action is referred to as "Participant") alleging
that:
(a) such Participant's Contributor Version directly or indirectly infringes any patent,

this License shall, upon 60 days notice from Participant terminate prospectively, unless if
within 60 days after receipt of notice You either: (i) agree in writing to pay Participant a
mutually agreeable reasonable royalty for Your past and future use of Modifications made
by such Participant, or (ii) withdraw Your litigation claim with respect to the Contributor
Version against such Participant. If within 60 days of notice, a reasonable royalty and
payment arrangement are not mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties or the
litigation claim is not withdrawn, the rights granted by Participant to You under Sections
2.1 and/or 2.2 automatically terminate at the expiration of the 60 day notice period specified
above.
(b) any software, hardware, or device, other than such Participant's Contributor
Version, directly or indirectly infringes any patent, then any rights granted to You by such
Participant under Sections 2.1(b) and 2.2(b) are revoked effective as of the date You first
made, used, sold, distributed, or had made, Modifications made by that Participant.
8.3. If You assert a patent infringement claim against Participant alleging that such
Participant's Contributor Version directly or indirectly infringes any patent where such
claim is resolved (such as by license or settlement) prior to the initiation of patent
infringement litigation, then the reasonable value of the licenses granted by such
Participant under Sections 2.1 or 2.2 shall be taken into account in determining the amount
or value of any payment or license.
8.4. In the event of termination under Sections 8.1 or 8.2 above, all end user
license agreements (excluding distributors and resellers) which have been validly granted
by You or any distributor hereunder prior to termination shall survive termination.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER TORT
(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL YOU, THE

10. U.S. GOVERNMENT END USERS.

damages arising, directly or indirectly, out of its utilization of rights under this License and

admission of liability.
13. MULTIPLE-LICENSED CODE.
Initial Developer may designate portions of the Covered Code as ^Multiple-Licensed^.
