Difficulties for boarding in R&D and cooperation projects
– Many possibilities, programs, frameworks, levels, different conditions in different
time periods,
– finding the right one for the actual and future needs
– required long term planning and preparation time (typical 1-1,5y for EU)
– frequent and deep control system for finance and results years after project ends
– different finance modes in programs (pre financing -> final payment 3 years after)
– finance often between 50-75-85% -> gap between eligible costs and payment
