Uprights in 30 x 30 mm (1.18” x 1.18”)
tubular metal measuring 1.2 mm (0.05”)
in thickness, fitted with plastic caps at the
ends. Along the entire length, one side
features slots with a pitch of 50 mm (1.97”)
for the variable positioning of the click
fasteners and hence of the shelves.
The use of tubular metal, which provides
higher performance levels than the more
commonly used open section bars, ensures
minimal torsional and flexural effects.

di spessore 1.2 mm (0.05”), dotati alle estremità di tappi in plastica. Su tutta la lunghezza, un lato presenta forature passo 50 mm
(1.97”) che consentono il posizionamento
variabile dei ganci, quindi dei ripiani.
L’utilizzo del tubo, più performante rispetto
ai profilati aperti comunemente utilizzati,
garantisce effetti torsionali e flessionali
minimi.
Pfosten aus Metallrohr 30 x 30 mm
(1.18“ x 1.18“) mit einer Stärke von 1.2 mm
(0.05”), mit Plastikpfropfen an den Ende.
Auf der gesamten Länge befinden sich
Bohrungen, die eine variable Positionierung
der Haken und Regalböden mit einem
Abstand von 50 mm (1.97“) ermöglichen.
Dank der Metallrohre, die statt der üblicherweise eingesetzten offenen Profileisen
verwendet werden, werden Torsions- und
Biegeeffekte auf ein Minimum reduziert.
Galvanised click fasteners made of
pressed sheet metal, 2.5 mm (0.10”) thick.
These fasteners are anchored to the
uprights using two purpose-designed side
fins which fit into the slots in the uprights.
The shelves then click onto the upper fins
of the actual click-fasteners. Every click
fastener is designed to support 2 consecutive shelves simultaneously, enveloping
and concurrently reinforcing the upright to
which it is anchored.
Shelves in 0.7 mm (0.03”) thick sheet
metal folded three times along the two front
sides to prevent accidents; omega-shaped
reinforcements are envisaged on the
underside to increase their load capacity
(UNI 8601/1984 test: level 5 out of 5).
The four corners of the shelves are further
reinforced with a 3 mm (0.12”) thick sheet
metal support that is designed to house
the upright completely; this ensures perfect
continuity between two consecutive
shelves, without any gaps.
Degreased and phosphate-coated, then
coated with epoxy powder paints devoid of
heavy metals and then baked in a furnace
at 190 °C. Minimum guaranteed thickness
of 50 microns, with a duration of a minimum
of 200 hours in saline mist (in compliance
with standard ASTM B117).
Product designed and built using stateof-the-art techniques, in compliance with
the safety provisions specified in Italian
Leg. Decree 81/08. Not suitable for direct
contact with food as envisaged in Italian
Ministerial Decree 21/03/73.
Ganci zincati realizzati in lamiera stampata
di spessore 2.5 mm (0.10”). L’ancoraggio
al montante è possibile tramite due opportune alette laterali che si inseriscono nei
fori dei montanti. I ripiani vengono
successivamente fissati ad incastro sulle
alette superiori dei ganci stessi. Ogni singolo gancio può sostenere contemporaneamente 2 ripiani consecutivi, abbracciando
e rinforzando allo stesso tempo il montante
al quale è ancorato.
Verzinkte Haken aus Stanzblech mit einer
Stärke von 2.5 mm (0.10”). Die Verankerung
am Pfosten erfolgt über zwei Flügel, die
in die Bohrungen des Pfostens eingeführt
werden. Die Regalböden werden dann auf
die oberen Flügel der Haken aufgesteckt.
An jeden der Haken können gleichzeitig 2
nebeneinanderliegende Regalböden befestigt werden. Zudem umfasst der Haken den
Pfosten und verstärkt ihn auf diese Weise.
Ripiani in lamiera di spessore 0.7 mm
(0.03”) con triplice piegatura sui due lati
frontali con funzione antinfortunistica;
inferiormente sono previsti rinforzi ad
omega che ne aumentano notevolmente
la capacità di carico (prova UNI 8601/1984:
livello 5 su 5). I quattro angoli dei ripiani
sono ulteriormente rinforzati da un supporto in lamiera di spessore 3 mm (0.12”)
che consente l’alloggiamento completo
del montante, al fine ottenere una perfetta
continuità tra due ripiani consecutivi,
senza alcuna fessura.
Regalböden aus Blech mit einer Stärke
von 0.7 mm (0.03“) mit dreifacher Sicherheitsfalzung auf beiden Vorderseiten; auf
der Unterseite befinden sich Omega-Profile,
die die Tragfähigkeit der Böden erhöhen
(Prüfung nach UNI 8601/1984: Stufe
5 von 5). Die vier Ecken der Regalböden
werden zusätzlich durch eine Halterung
aus Blech mit einer Stärke von 3 mm
(0.12“) verstärkt, die den Pfosten vollständig
aufnimmt, so dass zwischen zwei benachbarte Regalboden kein Spalt und somit
eine durchgehende Ablagefläche entsteht.
Verniciatura a polveri atossiche prive di
metalli pesanti, con passaggio in forno
a 190 °C, previo trattamento di sgrassaggio
e fosfatazione. Spessore minimo garantito
50 micron, resistenza minima in nebbia
salina pari a 200 ore (norma ASTM B117).
Die Lackierung erfolgt im Lackierofen bei
190 °C mit gift- und schwermetallfreien
Pulverlacken, nach vorheriger Entfettung
und Phosphatierung. Die garantierte
Mindeststärke der Lackschicht beträgt
50 Mikron bei einer Mindestverweildauer
von 200 Stunden im Salznebel (Norm
ASTM B117).
Prodotto progettato e realizzato secondo
lo stato dell’arte, con relativi adempimenti
in materia di sicurezza connessi al
decreto italiano D.LGS. 81/08. Non idoneo
al contatto diretto con gli alimenti come
previsto dal decreto italiano D.M. 21/03/73.
Entwurf und Herstellung dieses Produkts
entsprechen dem Stand der Technik sowie
den Bestimmungen zur Arbeitssicherheit
gemäß GD Nr. 81/08. Dieses Produkt ist
gemäß Ministerialdekret vom 21.03.1973
i.d.g.F. nicht für den direkten Kontakt mit
Nahrungsmitteln geeignet.

Always add 5 cm (1.97") to the nominal length of compositions, to allow for the overall dimensions of click-fasteners and uprights at the ends.
Aggiungere sempre 5 cm (1.97") alla lunghezza nominale delle composizioni, per calcolare anche gli ingombri dei ganci e dei montanti posti alle estremità.
Immer zusätzlich 5 cm (1.97") zur Nominallänge der Kombinationen hinzuaddieren, so dass auch die Abmessungen der Haken und Pfosten an den Enden berücksichtigt werden.
