In der therapeutischen Salzgrotte in Velbert

der außergewöhnlichen Art, ein

wird das wohl wieder sein, fragte
ich mich anfangs zweifelnd als
ich davon hörte. Offenbar wieder
so ein Produkt aus dem Arsenal
wohltuender Wunderwaffen, die
Medizin und Manager aus dem
Köcher zaubern, wenn es dafür
einen Markt zu erschließen gilt.

Die Süßmosterei in Heiligenhaus-Isenbügel verarbeitet bereits
in dritter Generation Obst aus
heimischen Hausgärten und von
Streuobstwiesen zu Fruchtsäften.
In einem aufwendigen Herstellungsverfahren wird das Obst
verarbeitet. In dem Betrieb kann
man beobachten, wie das Obst
saisonbedingt im Lohnmostverfahren zu Saft verarbeitet wird.
Und auch zahlreiche Kunden,
die im Besitz von Obstbäumen
sind, kommen schon seit Generationen nach Heiligenhaus, um ihr
Obst verarbeiten zu lassen und
es „in Flaschen“ wieder mitzunehmen.
Im Hofladen sind neben den
Fruchtsäfte auch Apfelwein,
Wein von Mosel und Pfalz sowie
Marmeladen und andere gesunde
Leckereien zu bekommen.

n einer Langzeitstudie im
Auftrag der Techniker Krankenkasse konnte jetzt belegt
werden, dass besonders Diabetes
und Herzpatienten von einer
täglichen Dosis Sport profitieren.
Sechs Monate lang trainierten
400 herz- oder zuckerkranke
Probanden mit einem Durchschnittsalter von 66 Jahren;
zunächst mit medizinischer
Betreuung, später auch allein.
Die Ergebnisse waren eindeutig: Nach diesem halben Jahr ging
es den meisten Patienten deutlich
besser. Sie hatten abgenommen
und die körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit ist um 10% gestiegen.
Darüber hinaus ist der Insulinbedarf um die Hälfte zurück
gegangen und die Herzfrequenz
verbesserte sich in einem Maß,
wie es sonst nur Medikamente
erreichen!
Fazit: angepasste, fachlich
betreute und vor allem regelmäßige sportliche Aktivität führt zu
körperlichem Wohlbefinden: das
Gewicht wird reduziert, die Körperfunktionen normalisieren sich
in erheblichem Umfang und man
kommt mit weniger Medikamenten aus. Positiver Nebeneffekt: die
eigene Geldbörse wird entlastet
und die Krankenkassen haben
geringere Kosten.
