Beginnen Sie das grundieren als erste Schicht mit
WEND PB-Cold (63-1004) oder PB-X-COLD (63-1006)
Beim Wachsen unter Rennbedingungen sollte die erste
wetterbedingte Wachsschicht ein bis zwei grad härter als

Handhabung der Liquid
Wachse.
Handling of Liquid waxes.
Bevor sie die Liquid Base Wachse einsetzen, sollte der Belag
immer mit einer Grundierung versehen werden.
Die Grundierung als Basiswachs sollte mit dem Bügeleisen
aufgetragen werden, abgezogen und perfekt ausgebürstet
sein.
Für optimale Wahl des Basiswachses ist es empfehlenswert
eine Stufe kälter zu nehmen als der Temperaturbereich des
Liquid Wachses.
So wird die Haltbarkeit der Race Line Liquides um ein vielfaches erhöht.
Flüssigwachs dünn mit Schwammaufträger abschnittweise auf
den sauberen Belag auftragen, ca. 10 Minuten trocknen lassen, dann mit der Filzseite des Kombi Kork unter leichtem
Druck plan einreiben.
Dann mit der Korkseite unter Druck verkorken, (kann nach
Streckenlänge oder Geschwindigkeit bis zu dreimal wiederholt
werden, dazwischen nicht ausbürsten!)
Nach ca. 10 Minuten Wartezeit ausbürsten, erst Naturhaar-,
dann Finishbürste, um die Struktur wieder freizulegen.
Rotorkork max. 900UpM, Rotorbürsten ca. 1000UpM.
TIPP: nach dem Gebrauch den Belag mit dem Cleaner & Conditioner kurz reinigen und danach wieder mit einer Grundierung einwachsen.
Before installing the Base Liquid waxes, the covering should
always be provided with a primer.
The primer as a base wax should be applied with the iron,
be deducted and perfectly brushed out.
For optimal choice of base wax it is recommended to take a
step colder than the temperature range of liquid wax.
Thus, the durability of Raceline Liquide is increased by a
multiple.
Liquid wax thin sections apply to the clean surface with
sponge, allow to dry for about 10 minutes, then rub the felt
side of the plan with combi cork under slight pressure.
Then cork with the cork side under pressure (can be repeated up to three times on journey length or speed, in
between not brush out!)
After about 10 minutes waiting time brush, only natural
hair, then finish brush to expose the structure.
Corking max. 900UpM, rotor brushes about 1000 rpm.
TIP: Clean after use the flooring with the Cleaner & Conditioner briefly and then re-wax with a primer.
