Kühlung
LEDs haben einen deutlichen höheren Wirkungsgrad als
Glühbirnen, Halogenstrahler oder Kompaktleuchtstofflampen, d.h. sie benötigen weniger Energie zum Erzeugen des
gleichen Lichtstroms (der Helligkeit). Trotzdem erzeugen
LEDs neben Licht noch Wärme. Diese muss unbedingt abgeleitet werden, denn LEDs mögen es kühl. Überhitzung führt
zu vorschnellem „Tod“ der LEDs. Daher ist auf ausreichende
Kühlung zu achten. Dies wird meist über passive metallene
Kühlkörper und gut wärmeleitende Gehäuse erreicht. Eine
Ausnahme sind LED Leuchtstreifen. Diese haben per se
keine Kühlung. Deshalb dürfen LED Leuchtstreifen nur auf
gut wärmeleitenden Oberflächen betrieben werden. Nichtbeachtung führt zum vorzeitigen Ausfall der LEDs. Achten Sie
daher unbedingt auf ausreichende Kühlung und Belüftung.
Die LEDs werden es Ihnen mit hoher Lebensdauer, gleichbleibender Beleuchtungsstärke und einer guten Farbstabilität danken.
Dimmung
Die LED selbst ist ein dimmbares Bauteil. Da die Kennlinie einer LED allerdings nicht linear ist wie z.B. die Glühbirnen-Kennlinie, ist LED Dimmung aufwändiger. Wichtig und
entscheidend ist daher die Ansteuerung. LEDs besitzen immer ein eigenes Netzteil, oft extern (wie z.B. bei unseren
Panels oder Downlights) oder auch intern (wie bei Retrofit
Leuchtmitteln). Es gibt dimmbare und nicht-dimmbare Netzteile. Konstantspannungsnetzteile können oft auf der Sekundärseite (Gleichspannungsseite) gedimmt werden soll,
wie dies bei unseren Leuchtstreifen realisiert wird. Meist
wird aber eine primärseitige (230V) Dimmung realisiert.
Dimmbare Netzteile können auf unterschiedliche Weise angesteuert werden, über Phasenan- oder abschnitt (oft Triac),
über eine 0-10V Steuerspannung / Potentiometer oder über
einen DALI-Bus.
Billige (Standard-)TRIAC-Dimmer können ein Problem mit
dem sogenannten ‚Haltestrom‘ haben, der den TRIAC

Cooling
LEDs are signiﬁcantly more efﬁcient than conventional bulbs,
halogen or CFL. It means they use less energy for the same
brightness (luminous ﬂux). However, they still produce heat
as well. The heat must be dissipated, because LEDs need
cool environment for highest brightness and best longevity.
Heat destroys LEDs. Hence cooling is most important. Most
of the times metallic heat sinks are used as well as heat conductive bodies. LED strips are an exception however. They do
not have any inbuilt heat sink. They must be installed on heat-conductive surfaces, e.g. our proﬁles. Otherwise the strips
will become defective very quickly. Pay attention to good heat
sink and ventilation. Then your LED lighting will show best
longevity, brightness and colour stability.
Dimming
LED is dimmable by itself. But its characteristic curve is not
linear like the one of conventional or halogen bulbs. Therefore LED dimming is more sophisticated. LEDs always have
their own power supply, either external (our panels or downlights) or internal (our bulbs or spots). The choice of the power supply is important, because dimmable and non-dimmable versions co-exist. Some constant voltage power supplies
enable secondary side (low voltage) dimming, as used for
our LED strips. For other LED lighting primary side (230V)
dimming is preferred however.
Dimmable power supplies can be controlled in different
ways, e.g. by leading or trailing edge control (often referred
to as TRIAC dimming), 0-10V voltage control / potentiometer
or by DALI-bus control.
Cheap (standard) TRIAC dimmers can show problems due to
the latching current, which is used to keep the TRIAC open
enabling the current to ﬂow to the LED. This latching current
can be as high as 50mA. When using a 20W LED e.g., the
current on the primary230V side is only 90mA. Hence the
dimming range is signiﬁcantly smaller than expected, the
dimmer will not work at all in the low illumination range.

Ähnliches passiert bei Dimmern, die mit einer TRIAC/DIAC-Kombination zum Dimmen arbeiten.
Bessere Dimmer arbeiten mit Impulspaketen oder konstantem Triggersignal, um den Triac leitend zu halten. Jedoch
sind hier Aufwand und Preis höher.
Einige Dimmer benutzen statt TRIAC einen MOSFET. Dieser
benötigt keinen ‚Haltestrom‘. Aber Hochvolt-MOSFETs können im ausgeschalteten Zustand relativ hohe Leckströme
haben. Dann sieht man im ausgeschalteten Zustand den
LED-Chip minimal leuchten.
Viele Dimmer besitzen eine Mindestlast. Beim einfachen
Austausch herkömmlicher Leuchtmittel durch LED ist dies
zu beachten.
Hieran kann man sehen, dass es eine große Kombinationsvielfalt von Dimmern und Netzteilen / Leuchtmitteln gibt, die
man nicht einfach pauschalisieren kann.
Wir bemühen uns, die verfügbaren Kombinationen zu testen.
Aufgrund der Vielzahl der am Markt erhältlichen Dimmer ist
dies leider nicht vollständig möglich. Daher empfehlen wir,
vor Installation einer größeren Anzahl Leuchten / Leuchtmitteln einen Kombinationstest durchzuführen.
Lichtfarbe
Aus Produktionsgründen können LEDs in Ihrer Lichtfarbe untereinander abweichen. Nach der Herstellung werden LEDs
ausgemessen und in Binnings selektiert. Innerhalb eines
Binnings kann es trotzdem zu geringfügigen Abweichungen
kommen, die keinen Reklamationsgrund darstellen. Die
angegebenen Werte für Lichtfarbe und Lichtstrom sind typische Mittelwerte. Wir bemühen uns, eine Bestellung mit
gleicher Lichtfarbe auszuliefern. Bei Nachlieferungen können Farbabweichungen trotz aller Sorgfalt und Auswahl nicht
ausgeschlossen werden.
Similar happens with dimmers using a TRIAC / DIAC combination for dimming.
Sophisticated dimmers use impulse packages or a constant
trigger signal for starting the TRIAC and keep it open. But time
and effort is higher, of course.
Some dimmers use MOSFET technology instead of TRIAC.
Here no latching current is needed. But high-voltage MOSFETs may show “leakage-current” instead. Then the LED will
still glow a bit though it is switched off.
Many dimmers need a minimum load for proper functioning.
Often LEDs do not provide this anymore. Please observe this
when just changing bulbs / spots to LED.
You will notice that nearly unlimited combinations of dimmers
and power supplies exist. So there is no straightforward answer to dimming.
We try our best to test the most common combinations. Due
to the big number of available dimmers it is not possible to
test all combinations. We recommend testing of the selected
combination before installation.
Colour temperature
LEDs can vary in their colour temperature (CCT) due to production reasons. All LEDs are checked after the production
process and selected for their CCT in the binning process.
However, even within a binning slight CCT variations may happen, which is no reason for rejection. The given values for CCT
and luminous ﬂux are average values. We take utmost care to
deliver all product in a shipment with identical CCT. For subsequent supply minor variations in CCT cannot be excluded.

Lichtfarben | Luminous colours
Das Farbempfinden ist von Mensch zu Mensch verschieden, so dass es nicht wirklich in Normen zu fassen ist. Die
Lichtfarbe beeinflusst die Farbwahrnehmung, aber auch das
Helligkeitsempfinden und das allgemeine Wohlfühlen. „Kalte“ Farben werden heller empfunden, weil das menschliche
Auge diese Farben besser wahrnimmt als „warme“ Farben.

Mit warmem Licht wird im Allgemeinen Wohlbefinden und
Entspannung verbunden, mit neutralem oder kaltem Licht
eher Energie und Arbeitsatmosphäre. Warme Farben werden
meist im Wohnbereich oder bei manchen Warenpräsentationen im Geschäft verwendet. Gerade im „Shop“-Bereich
werden aber auch neutralweiß oder gar kaltweiß je nach
Warensortiment benutzt. Im Büro oder Produktionsbereich
besteht die Tendenz zu neutralweißem Farbton. Es werden
aber in der Produktion auch noch vielfach kaltweiße Leuchten verwendet, weil die Lichtausbeute und damit die Helligkeit höher sind. Gleiches gilt für die Notbeleuchtung, in der
fast ausschließlich kaltweißes Licht benutzt wird.
Die Farbtemperatur selbst ist messbar und wird von warm
bis kalt in Kelvin „K“ angegeben, dem gleichen Maß wie
bei der Angabe der absoluten Temperatur. Abgeleitet ist die
Angabe von der Sonne und der Farbe einer Flamme. Eine
Flamme kann von „gelb“ bis „blau“ leuchten. Das Innere
einer Flamme direkt am Docht ist bläulich und heiß. Das
Äußere der Flamme erscheint gelblich und ist kälter. „Gelb“
wird jedoch als warmer Ton empfunden, „blau“ als kalter.
Sonnenlicht hat eine Farbtemperatur von ca. 5800K. Verschiebt sich die Farbe in den gelb/roten Bereich, so spricht
man von einer „warmen“ Farbe. Sie wird warm empfunden,
hat aber nur eine Temperatur von ca. 3000K. Umgekehrt
wird blaues Licht als kalt empfunden, hat aber eine Temperatur von ca. 7000K.

Every person perceives the luminous colour in a different way.
Hence it is difﬁcult to put into standards. The luminous colour
inﬂuences not only the colour perception, but also the sensation for illumination and the overall well-being. “Cold” colours
are felt brighter, because the human eye is more perceptible
for these colours than for the “warm” colours.

“Warm” light is connected to well-being and relaxation. Neutral or cold light is more connected to energy and work life.
Warm colours are often used in the living environment or for
some product presentation in shops. However, in many shops
neutral white or cold white is used for product presentation,
e.g. silver jewelry is presented in cold white light. In ofﬁce
or production environment we notice a tendency for neutral
white providing a combination of being well and productivity,
though in many production areas still cold white light is used
because of the higher illumination. Same is true for emergency lighting, where mostly cold white light is being used.
The luminous colour itself is measured in Kelvin (K), the same
measure that is used for the absolute temperature. It is deducted from the sun and the ﬂame colour. A ﬂame lits from
blue to yellow. The inner ﬂame looks bluish and is hot. The
outer ﬂame looks yellowish and is colder. However, yellow is
perceived warm, whilst the blue is perceived cold. Sunlight
has a luminous colour of approximately 5,800K. When the
colour changes into the yellow/red range, we talk of a “warm”
colour. It is perceived as warm, but has only a luminous colour
of around 3,000K. The other way round blue is perceived as
cold, though the luminous colour reaches 7,000K.

Mit diesem Symbol sind die jeweils verfügbaren Lichtfarben
– warm-weiß, neutral-weiß oder kalt-weiß gekennzeichnet.
This symbol labels the available luminous colours –
warm white, neutral white or cold white.
Die Farbtemperatur wird meist in drei Stufen eingeteilt.
Warmweißes Licht ist im Bereich 2700 – 3500K angesiedelt, neutralweißes Licht im Bereich 4000 – 5000K und kaltweißes Licht im Bereich 5500 – 7000K. Manche sprechen
auch von „tageslichtweiß“ im Bereich 5500 – 6500K und
erst darüber hinaus von kaltweiß. Beachten Sie, dass es
keine Normierung gibt, und die Angaben daher von Anbieter
zu Anbieter schwanken können.
Warmweißes Licht tendiert zu gelblicher oder rötlicher Farbe.
Neutralweißes Licht wird am ehestens als „weiß“ empfunden. Kaltweißes Licht wird bläulich empfunden. Dies hängt
mit dem Farbspektrum zusammen. Das Sonnenlicht strahlt
alle Farben mit relativ gleicher Intensität aus, hat also ein
gleichmäßiges Spektrum. Die LED strahlt blaues Licht ab,
durch die gelbe Phosphorleuchtschicht werden die anderen Spektralfarben erzeugt. Allerdings geschieht das nicht
gleichmäßig, auf die Spitze bei Blau folgt ein Bauch. Daher
entspricht Neutralweiß vom Empfinden her am ehesten dem
Tageslicht, obwohl die gemessene Farbtemperatur deutlich
niedriger ist.
Neutralweiß / Neutral white
Theoretisch kann eine LED jede Farbtemperatur darstellen.
Der Herstellungsprozess wird entsprechend gesteuert, und
die LEDs dann nach ihrer jeweiligen Farbtemperatur sortiert.
Die meisten Hersteller arbeiten hier auf etwa 200K genau,
so dass LEDs von Charge zu Charge leicht in der Farbtemperatur schwanken können. Auf genauere Sortierung wird
meist aus Kostengründen verzichtet. Bitte beachten Sie
dies bei etwaigen Nachbestellungen.
The luminous colour is often divided into 3 ranges. 2700 –
3500K is perceived as warm white light, 4000 – 5000K as
neutral white, and 5500 – 7000K as cold white. Some people say “day light white” in the range of 5500 – 6500K, and
above 6500K for cold white only. Please note that there is
no standardization. So the luminous colour may change from
vendor to vendor.
Warm white lights tends to look a bit yellowish or reddish.
Neutral white is perceived as the most white light typically,
whilst cold white often looks bluish. This is caused by the light
spectrum emitted by the LED. Whilst sunlight emits the light
colours quite equal, LED emits a blue peak, followed by a bulge induced by the phosphoric luminous layer. Hence neutral
white is perceived being most similar to daylight though the
measured colour temperature is lower.

Warm white, slightly yellowish
Theoretically a LED can be produced to reﬂect any luminous
colour. In practice the production process is adjusted for manufacturing colour ranges. Then the LEDs are sorted by their
luminous colour. A lot of manufacturers sort for a range of
200K, so that the exact LED colour may change slightly by
the manufacturing lot. A higher accuracy would lead to signiﬁcantly higher cost. Please note this when re-ordering.

McDonald‘s – Frankfurt/M., Hanauer Landstraße
Im Laufe der Zeit hat sich im Bereich der Glühlampen die Angabe des Verbrauchs als Maß für die Helligkeit des Leuchtmittels eingebürgert. Jeder kennt die 25W, 40W oder 60W
Standards. Allerdings gingen bei Standard Glühlampen 95%
der benutzten Energie als Wärme verloren. Dies besserte
sich bereits bei den Halogenlampen, aber erst bei den LEDs
ist die Angabe des Verbrauchs als Maß für die Helligkeit
nicht mehr richtig. LEDs wandeln den größten Teil der aufgenommenen Energie direkt in Licht um. Leistungsfaktoren
von 95% und mehr für LED sind keine Seltenheit. Daher wird
im Bereich der LEDs neben der Leistungsangabe, die weiterhin zur Berechnung des Gesamtenergieverbrauchs notwendig ist, die Helligkeit in ihrer physikalisch korrekten Maßeinheit „Lumen“ (lm) angegeben.
Glühlampen hatten eine Lichtausbeute von ca. 6 – 10lm/W.
Halogenlampen haben eine Lichtausbeute von ca. 10
-20lm/W.
LEDs bewegen sich heute im Bereich von 80 – 120lm/W.
Im Labor werden auch schon Muster von über 200lm/W hergestellt, so dass in näherer Zukunft hier mit einer weiteren
Verbesserung der Lichtausbeute zu rechnen ist.
Nachfolgende Tabelle gibt Ihnen einen Vergleich von Helligkeit und Verbrauch zwischen traditioneller Glühlampe, Halogenlampe und LED (alle Angaben Näherungswerte):

In the past the power consumption value has become a synonym for the light output for incandescent lamps. Everybody
knows 25W, 40W or 60W standards. However, 95% of the
consumed power was lost as heat. This has already improved when using halogen lamps, but only today with LED the
power consumption no longer rates for the light output. LEDs
use 95% of the power for emitting light. Hence, for LEDs the
illumination is given in unit Lumen (lm), though the power
consumption is still given as well for calculating the total power consumption.
Incandescent lamps have a light output of approximately 6 –
10lm/W. Halogen lamps provide approximately 10 – 20lm/W.
LEDs provide today between 80-120lm/W. Laboratory
samples already show values of more than 200lm/W, so we
can expect even brighter LEDs in the future.
The following table provides an overview on light output and
power consumption between traditional incandescent lamp,
halogen lamp and LED.

Als Faustregel kann dienen:
Verbrauch Glühlampe durch 8 gleich LED; Verbrauch Halogen durch 6 gleich LED.
Mit zwei Beispielen möchten wir Ihnen die Einsparmöglichkeiten bei den Stromkosten verdeutlichen:
Bei Ersatz einer klassischen 58W Leuchtstoffröhre mit KVG
durch eine 22W LED Leuchtröhre können Sie über 300€ in 4
Jahren sparen (Betrieb 24*7 bei 0,25€/kWh Stromkosten).
Bei Ersatz einer 40W Glühbirne durch eine 6W Retrofit LED
sparen Sie pro Jahr 12,40€ allein an Stromkosten. Da die
LED eine Lebensdauer von 20 Jahren hat, sparen Sie zusätzlich die Kosten für ca. 15 Glühbirnen und schonen die
Umwelt durch weniger Abfall.

By replacing a conventional 58W ﬂuorescent tube with magnetic ballast by a 22W LED tube you may save up to 300€
within 4 years (Usage 24*7 @ 0.25€/kWh electricity cost)
By replacing a 50W incandescent lamp by a 6W retroﬁt LED
you may save 12.40€ per annum, just for electricity cost. The
LED shows a lifetime of more than 20 years, so you may save
the cost of 15 replacement bulbs and you protect the environment with less waste.

Panels
Bürgerhaus Rodgau-Dudenhofen
LED Panels
LED Panels sind ideal als Decken- oder Wandbeleuchtung geeignet. Lichtstärke, homogene Lichtverteilung und geringe
Einbautiefe lassen vielfältige Anwendungsmöglichkeiten in der
Raum- und Akzentbeleuchtung zu. Quadratische Panels oder
Rundpanels von 100 – 600mm bieten die passende Lösung für
jeden Raum. Viele Größen sind als Einbau- oder Aufbauvariante
verfügbar.
Unsere quadratischen Panel für 600er oder 625er Rastermaß
können einfach in die Rasterdecke eingelegt werden. Die
meisten Panels werden als Standard mit Triac dimmbaren
Netzteilen angeboten. Andere Netzteile können optional geliefert werden.
Panels in runder und quadratischer Form
Unsere runden oder quadratischen Panels bieten nahezu blendfreies Licht dank des satinierten Glases und des indirekten
Lichteintritts. Aufgrund der hohen Lichtstärke sind sie als Ersatz für konventionelle Downlights oder Halogenspots geeignet,
wenn Büros, Flure und sonstige Räume gut ausgeleuchtet werden sollen.
Alle Einbaupanels haben eine Einbautiefe von weniger als 3cm
und sind mit Federklemmen ausgestattet. Alternativ sind unsere Panels von 180 – 300mm auch als Aufbauvariante verfügbar,
ideal z.B. zur Treppenhausbeleuchtung oder zum Anbau an eine
Betondecke.

LED panels
LED panels are ideal for ceiling and wall lighting. Light intensity,
uniform light distribution and low installation depth allow a variety of ﬁelds of use in the general illumination and accent lighting.
Square or circular panels of 100 – 600mm diameter offer perfect solutions for any room. They are available for recessed ceiling/walls or for wall-/ceiling mount. Our square panels for 625
or 600 grid size can easily be inserted into the ceiling grid.
Most panels are supplied with Triac dimmable power supplies
as standard. Other power supplies are available on request.
Panels in round or square shape
Our round or square panels in sizes from 100 – 600mm diameter
offer almost glare-free light thanks to the frosted glass and the
indirect lighting. Due to the high light intensity, they are a perfect
replacement for conventional halogen downlights and spots in ofﬁces, hallways and other rooms that need to be well lit. All panels
have a mounting depth of less than 3cm and are equipped with
springs for installation in recessed ceilings.
Our panels from 180 – 300mm are also available for concrete
ceiling or wall mounting, ideally suitable for stairways e.g.

downlights are modern and stylish.
Schwenkbar oder mit Kardanring oder als festes Downlight mit
bis zu 3000lm finden Sie die moderne, stromsparende Alternative zu Halogen- oder HQI Beleuchtung. Da LEDs kein UVLicht emittieren, gehört das Problem der Farbveränderung / des
Vergilbens jetzt der Vergangenheit an. Wir verwenden fast ausschließlich hochwertige Cree oder Sharp LEDs.
Whether gimble or rotatable or ﬁx, up to 3000lm, you will ﬁnd a
modern, energy saving alternative for halogen or HQI illumination.
We use high-quality Cree or Sharp LEDs. LEDs do not emit UV-radiation, hence your problems with colour fading are solved.
Unsere Spots von 5W – 9W haben einen Deckenausschnitt von
68mm und sind damit optimal als Ersatz alter Halogenspots
geeignet. Der Clou – die Blende lässt sich frei wählen – rund
oder eckig in 4 verschiedenen Farben stehen zur Verfügung. Mit
nur 50mm Höhe sind sie auch bei geringer Einbautiefe geeignet
(5W sogar nur 35mm Einbautiefe!).
Our spots of 5W – 9W power have a cut-out of 68mm only and are
ideal for replacing old fashioned halogen spots. The clou – you
can choose the style of blind yourself – round or square shape
in 4 different colours are available. With a height of only 50mm
the spots are suitable also for low suspended ceilings (5W only
35mm depth!).

Unsere VDE zertifizierten Röhren arbeiten auch mit klassischen
KVG / VVG zusammen, so dass ein 1:1 Ersatz möglich ist (LED
Starter muss eingesetzt werden). Einseitige Einspeisung und
isoliertes Netzteil sind selbstverständlich.
Sparen Sie bis zu 400€ pro Röhre (Einsatz 300Tage/Jahr à 16
Stunden bei 0,25€/kWh Stromkosten, Vergleich LED zu Leuchtstoffröhre mit KVG, über die Lebensdauer der LED Leuchtröhre
von ca. 7 Jahren = ca. 50.000 Stunden).
Wir empfehlen unsere neutralweißen Leuchtröhren für ein angenehmes Arbeitslicht, liefern aber auch gerne in warmweiß oder
kaltweiß.

LED tubes are the perfect replacement for traditional ﬂuorescent
tubes. We offer a wide selection of LED tubes.
Our VDE certiﬁed tubes work with magnetic ballast, so that you
can swap them easily against conventional tubes (simply replace
the starter with the LED starter). Singled sided supply and isolated driver are a matter of course.
Save up to 400€ per tube (usage 300days/year with 16hours/
day at 0.25€/kWh electricity cost, compared with a conventional
ﬂuorescent tube with magnetic ballast, over the lifetime of the
LED tube of about 7 years = 50,000 hours).
We recommend our neutral white LED tubes for a pleasant working light, but also provide tubes in warm or cold white.

Unsere T5 Lichtbänder bestechen durch ihre Flexibilität. Da die
Lichtbänder modular miteinander verbunden werden können,
lassen sich fast beliebige Längen von 30cm bis 20m (max.
250W) realisieren. Klares, modernes Design lässt das Lichtband leicht und elegant wirken.
Anwendung finden unsere Lichtbänder insbesondere im Möbelund Regalbau sowie in der flexiblen direkten oder indirekten
Beleuchtung von Räumen und Hallen.
Optional können die Lichtbänder in ein Profil eingeschoben werden, so dass auch höhere Räumlichkeiten optimal ausgeleuchtet werden können

Our T5 based LED tubes are highly ﬂexible. Each tube is supplied
with lead wire, connector and mounting clipses. You can realize
basically any length between 30cm and 20m, because the tubes
can be connected modularly.
Major applications are within furniture making, shelf building and
of course direct or indirect lighting for rooms and big halls as
well.
Optional the tubes can be ﬁtted into our proﬁle realizing perfect
illumination by hanging mounting also in rooms with higher ceiling. Using a clear modern design the proﬁle looks light-weight
and elegant.

whether for illuminating sites or monuments, the exterior lighting
of buildings, garages or parking lots, or lighting up entrances,
emergency exits or delivery zones.
Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Lichtleistung bei niedrigem Energieverbrauch aus. Selbstverständlich sind alle unsere LED Objektstrahler mindestens in Schutzklasse IP65. Zwei Produktreihen
lassen Ihnen die Wahl zwischen klassischem „Baustrahler“-Design und modernem Designstrahler.

available on request. Two product lines offer the choice between
classic “construction lights” and modern design.
Die klassische Produktreihe ist wahlweise mit 120° Abstrahlwinkel oder mit 50° Abstrahlwinkel zur Ausleuchtung entfernterer Objekte lieferbar. Alle 10W und 30W Objektstrahler lassen
sich mit entsprechendem Adapter auch an ein 3-Phasen-Stromschienensystem anschließen (Gewicht beachten).
Unsere Objektstrahler sind DC-tauglich zum Anschluss an unsere Notstromsysteme.

The classic line is available with beam angles of 120° or 50°
for illuminating distant objects. 10W and 30W ﬂoodlights can be
connected to a 3-phase track system using the appropriate adaptor (check for the max. weight).
Our ﬂoodlights are DC capable and can be connected to our central battery systems for emergency lighting.

Der klassische Baustrahler in Top-Qualität. Bei Anschlusswerten bis 70W verwenden wir nur ausgewählte Bridgelux LEDs und
qualitativ hochwertige Netzteile. Das mittelschwere Gehäuse
(bis 70W) sorgt für hohe Lebensdauer bei guter Lichtleistung.
Das schwere Gehäuse ab 100W wurde mit speziellen Kühlrippen zur besseren Wärmeableitung konzipiert.
Classic Line
The classic construction light design in top quality. For power
consumption of less than 100W we use selected Bridgelux LEDs.
The medium-weight body with its good heat sink guarantees long
lifetime and high light output. From 100W power onwards we
don’t take any compromise. The heavy weight body was designed
with special cooling ﬁns for best heat dissipation.
Dadurch sinkt die Temperatur an den LEDs um bis zu 20% gegenüber vergleichbaren Strahlern – dies bedeutet deutlich höhere Lebensdauer. Pulverbeschichtung und doppelte Dichtungen
geben extra Sicherheit bei Wind und Wetter. 12V oder 24V Versionen sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Hi-Bay lights
For industrial hall lighting our hi-bay light is the perfect match.
With a light output of up to 18,000lm even large ceiling heights
are no problem. A 500W halogen light can be replaced by a 100W
LED light. Reﬂectors with 40° or 120° beam angle ensure optimum illumination. Optional we offer acrylic reﬂectors as well.
Why is your HQI light switched on all day and wastes power and
your money? Our LED hi-bay lights you can switch on when you
need the light – at 100% illumination immediately. You can also
combine them with PIR sensors, because light need not be switched on all day long in areas that are frequented at random.
This will reduce your electricity cost signiﬁcantly.
Our hi-bay lights are DC capable and can be connected to our
central battery systems for emergency lighting.

und Schutzarten von IP20 bis IP62 lassen sich flexibel fast alle

RGB-Palette sowie PCBs in weiß tragen ihr übriges zur Flexibilität bei. Alle Leuchtstreifen sind mit Klebeband zur direkten
Befestigung versehen.
Zusätzlich bieten wir RGB + Weiß Streifen, die ein schönes weißes Licht oder auch farbige Akzentbeleuchtung durch einen simplen Druck auf die Fernbedienung bieten.
Verschiedene Controller und Dimmer sowie Aluminiumprofile für
Einbau-, Aufbau- und Eckmontage runden das Sortiment ab.

Reicht die Ausgangsleistung der Controller nicht aus (3x6A RGB bzw. 4x6A RGBW bei DC 12V/24V), kann durch Verwendung von Verstärkern
die Anzahl der Streifen erweitert werden.
Vorsicht: Bei Verwendung von Verstärkern darf kein Streifen mehr direkt am Controller betrieben werden.
Jeder Verstärker kann mit einem eigenen Netzteil ausgestattet werden, so dass eine örtliche Einspeisung der Versorgungsspannung erfolgt. Bis

Einmal programmierte Lichtszenen lassen sich nicht nur per
App schalten, sondern sind ebenfalls über den bestehenden
normalen Lichtschalter abrufbar.
Das Funksystem kann mehr als 100 Leuchten in einem Netzwerk verwalten und organisiert sich ad hoc
vollständig von selbst. Eine BluControl Unit nimmt automatisch Kontakt zu allen weiteren erreichbaren Units
auf. Die Funkreichweite innerhalb von Gebäuden beträgt
dabei etwa 20m und erweitert sich von Leuchte zu Leuchte.
Die in mehreren Sprachen verfügbare zentrale Steuerungssoftware ist als kostenlose App für iOS und Android verfügbar und
ermöglicht das Abspeichern von Lichtpunkten zur Gestaltung
ganzer Lichtszenen.
Dadurch lässt sich mit BluControl Energie sparen, da beispielsweise zum Lesen nicht unbedingt benötigte Leuchten abgeschaltet werden können.

The central control software is available in several languages and

can easily create light scenes for your room.
This saves energy, as you can, for example, turn off nonessential
lights for reading just with a single tap.
BluControl is discreet and comes with no visible antenna on the
unit or the lights.
You may control lamps even directly on 230V, but then you have
to use a power relais between BluControl and lamp.

For more than 30 years in the name of safety
Die RP-Group, bestehend aus den Firmen RP-Technik und
ROPAG, wurde 1981 von Reinald Pasedag gegründet und entwickelte sich zu einem beständigen mittelständischen Unternehmen. Von Beginn an lag unser Hauptaugenmerk im Entwickeln
und Produzieren von Notstromsystemen und Leuchten. Die
mittlerweile langjährige Erfahrung mit LED-Leuchtmitteln brachte Reinald und seinen Bruder Roland Pasedag dazu parallel zur
Notbeleuchtung eine eigene Serie für Allgemeinbeleuchtung unter dem Namen iLED®by RP ins Leben zu rufen.
The RP-Group, comprising of the companies RP-Technik and
ROPAG was founded in 1981 by Reinald Pasedag and developed
into a stable medium enterprise. Since the beginning, we focused on the development and production of power supply systems
and emergency lighting products. In the meantime the long time
experience with LED illuminants have brought Reinald and his
brother Roland Pasedag to launch in parallel to the emergency
lighting series a own series for general lighting under the name
iLED® by RP.
Heute beschäftigt die RP-Group mehr als 180 Mitarbeiter und
6 Auszubildende an 2 Standorten mit über 10.000m2 Produktionsfläche und ist einer der führenden Hersteller von Notbeleuchtungssystemen in Deutschland. Gut die Hälfte der Produktion ist für den Export bestimmt. Neue Technologien werden
in unserer hauseigenen Entwicklungsabteilung getestet und anschließend für zukunftsweisende Projekte genutzt. Durch unser
eigenes Lichtlabor sind wir in der Lage für unsere Not- und Allgemeinbeleuchtung detaillierte Lichtverteilungskurven zu liefern.
Today, more than 180 employees and 6 trainees work for the
RP-Group at 2 locations with over 10,000 square meters of production area. RP has become a leading manufacturer of emergency lighting systems in Germany. Just over half of the production
is destined for export. New technologies are being tested in our
own development department and then used for future projects.
Through our own light laboratory, we are able to provide for our
emergency and general lighting detailed light distribution curves.
Um ihre Sicherheit im Notfall gewährleisten zu können, sorgt
ein internes Qualitätssicherungssystem dafür, dass nur einwandfreie, qualitativ hochwertige Produkte unser Haus verlassen. Dafür wurde RP-Technik im Juli 2014 nach ISO 9001:2008
zertifiziert.

assurance system ensures that only ﬂawless, high-quality products are shipped out. RP-Technik was certiﬁed according to ISO
9001:2008 in July 2014.
