Schon seit Jahren gehören die remanium® Legierungen
zu den renommiertesten Dentalprodukten in der Zahntechnik und basieren auf einer langjährig erfolgreichen
Produktgeschichte. Bereits die im Jahr 1935 erstmals
vorgestellte remanit Kobalt-Chrom-Legierung für Modellguss wies grundsätzliche Eigenschaften und Legierungskomponenten auf, die bis heute bei hochwertigen
Modellgusslegierungen der Marke remanium® anzutreffen sind. Als neueste Entwicklung führt Dentaurum die
innovative Modellgusslegierung remanium® GM 280.
Diese zeichnet sich durch eine niedrige Härte aus und ist
somit besonders komfortabel zu bearbeiten und zu
polieren. Darüber hinaus weist remanium® GM 280 eine
sehr hohe Bruchdehnung auf und unterstützt damit eine
einfache Aktivierung ohne Bruchgefahr der Klammern.
For many years now remanium® alloys have been among
the most well-known dental products in dental technology and are based on a long, successful product history.
remanit chrome-cobalt alloy for cast partial dentures,
which was introduced in 1935, already had the basic
characteristics and alloy components which can be
found today in the high-quality CrCo alloy with the
brand name of remanium®. Dentaurum now markets the
innovative CrCo alloy remanium® GM 280 as the latest
development. A feature of this alloy is its low hardness,
making it very easy to trim and polish. In addition,
remanium® GM 280 has a very high elongation at
rupture and thus aids easy activation without the risk of
the clasps fracturing.

ergänzt Dentaurum das beliebte Verblendkeramik
system ceraMotion® nach der erfolgreichen Markteinführung um eine besondere Produktneuheit. In enger
Zusammenarbeit mit ZTM Rainer Semsch (Münstertal)
entwickelten die Keramikspezialisten der DentaurumGruppe das ceraMotion® Value Concept. Dieses bietet
Keramikern ein Sortiment von dreizehn speziellen
„Value”-Effektmassen, um die Helligkeit der Krone
individuell anzupassen. Das Sortiment steht für die
Keramiklinien ceraMotion® Me (Verblendkeramik für
Metallgerüste) und ceraMotion® Zr (Verblendkeramik
für Zirkonoxid) zur Verfügung.

This is why Dentaurum has added a special product
innovation to the popular veneering porcelain system
ceraMotion® following the successful product launch.
In close collaboration with Master Dental Technician
Rainer Semsch (Münstertal, Germany) the ceramic
specialists of the Dentaurum Group developed the
ceraMotion® Value Concept. This provides ceramists
with an assortment of thirteen special “Value” shade
modifiers to customize the brightness of the crown. The
assortment is available for the ceraMotion® Me (veneering porcelain for metal frameworks) and ceraMotion® Zr
(veneering porcelain for zircon oxide) porcelain ranges.

a large number of processing technologies – from the
traditional casting technique and milling blanks to
the finest powder for laser melting technology. The
remanium® star milling blanks are available in two
qualities; manufactured either powder metallurgically
highly condensed or in a special casting process.

orthoX ® 3D-Modellscanner –
digitale Kieferorthopädie pur!
Der neue 3D-Modellscanner orthoX ® scan wurde speziell
für die Kieferorthopädie entwickelt. Mit nur wenigen einfachen Handgriffen und Einstellungen wird der Scanvorgang durchgeführt. Die integrierte Archivierungssoftware orthoX ® file eignet sich zum Scannen, Archivieren
und bei Bedarf zum dreidimensionalen Sockeln von
Zahnkränzen, Einzelkiefermodellen sowie Gipsmodellen.
Die Erfassung der Patientenmodelle im offenen STLDatenformat erlaubt neben der digitalen Modellarchivierung die freie Verwendung der Daten. Die erstellten
STL-Daten können zur Analyse und zur Erstellung von
Modellen im 3D-Druckverfahren verwendet werden.
Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit, digitale Behandlungs
lösungen wie eine Alignertherapie oder ein digital
geplantes, hochpräzises Verfahren zum indirekten
Kleben von Brackets zu nutzen.

The new 3D model scanner orthoX ® scan was specially
developed for use in orthodontics. The scan procedure
is completed in only a few steps and settings. The
integrated archiving software orthoX ® file is suitable for
scanning, archiving and, if required, adding a threedimensional base, single jaw models and plaster models.

There are four assortments available to the orthodontist
for the treatment of different indications, ranging from
simple 2D social six treatment up to treatment of complex 3D cases. Targeted archwire and instrument selection complete the product portfolio of discovery® delight.
Scanning of the patient models in an open STL data
format enables not only digital model archiving but also
the free use of the data. The STL data created can be
used for analysis and the creation of models in the 3D
printing technique.
In addition, there is also the possibility of utilizing digital
treatment solutions such as aligner therapy or a digitally
planned, highly precise procedure for indirect bonding.
