Mounting instruction
Application:
ZH series of cam switch can be widely applied in different fields as main
circuit and auxiliary circuit and has many ways of changing. When used
as a motor controller, it starts, breaks and stops running single phase or
three phase motor; also it can be used as delt-star switch, changeover
switch and pole changing switch.
When in auxiliary circuit, according to the actual function, it can be used
as control, signal and test switch.
Main body
The main innovation of ZH series multi-function cam switch is the module
structure design. That is to say, each floor is an independent module, with
characteristic of convenient assembly and tight structure. This series of
cam switch mainly has specifications, 16A 20A 25A 32A
40A 63A
80A also has four switching angles, 30 , 45 , 60 an 90 , This cam
switch has 12 positions at most, it has floor from 1 to 12,with each floor two

pairs of contacts, and the maximum is 24 pair s. The electric functions
including single throw, double throw, momentary, normal open, normal
close and connecting in advance etc, The module could b e variably
combined acc ording to customers
requirement. It has multiple assembly
specification, mainly with panel assembly and assembly from bottom.
The protection degree could reach to IP54 when with enclosure.
Structure:
The cam switch is consisting of contact box with cam, which is used to
control. Each contact box has 2 bi-direction breaking contact, whi ch are
connected by the slide bar to force the mobile contact. The contact will
break by the force.
