Specifications:
Housing: One piece, robotically seam welded, hole free
20-gauge CRS, stainless steel or aluminum construction.
Each are only 4.5 inches tall.
Door Frame: One-piece overlapping style 18-gauge CRS
or 20-gauge type 304 stainless steel door frame with 90°
hinged to housing with two stainless steel cables. Secured
by captive stainless steel screws.
Gaskets: NSF Listed closed cell microcellular extruded
KleanLock SealPro gasket with vulcanized corners making
a one-piece oil and solvent resistant gasket system.
Lens: High durability .135” thick virgin acrylic with P12
prismatic pattern inverted. Sealed to door with NSF listed
RTV silicone. See “Options” for other choices.
LEDs: Zhaga replaceable LED arrays using commercially
available boards backed by a 5 year warranty. Available
in 3000, 3500 and 4000K CCT , 80 CRI , highly consistent
color maintained to 3.5 SDMC. (Five (5) year warranty B50/L70. )
Drivers: Standard driver(s): Universal voltage (120-277
volt). LED drivers are commercially available high efficiency, HPF and dimmable with 0-10v control. Standard
drivers are programable to match wattage or lumen
requirements. Provided with a five (5) year warranty.

polyester powder coat finish standard for all recessed
housings. Stainless steel doorframes and surface housings are satin polished unless option WHT is chosen.
Listings: ETL listed for wet locations. Dust and water
resistance rated IP-66. NSF -C2 listed for food zone. Suitable for use in FDA & USDA inspected facilities. Certified
ISO-14644-1 classes 3 to 9 Fed. Std. 209E Class 1-100,000.
Bio-Safety levels 3 & 4. Rated for 1700 PSI hosedown.
