After called the contractor which expression where the context so admit or implied includes his
successors of the one part the Finance Officer M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly of the other
part.
Whereas the University requires the education of supply for itself (hereinafter called the
work)at Bareilly and has caused sufficient time and opportunity to the contractor to inspect and
measure the samples of he goods/sports goods which are to be prepared.
And whereas the contractor has agreed to execute upon and subject of the conditions given
hereunder works shown in the enclosed schedule for sum of Rs.
If the supply is not made satisfactory and within the stipulated time, the deduction will be made from
the bill of the firm as envisaged under clause II of Tender from . The decision of the University in this
regards will be final.
Now, IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS
1. In consideration of he contract sum to be paid by the finance officer at the time and in the
manner set forth in the said conditions executes and complete the works.
2. The Finance officer will pay the contractor the contract sum or such other sum as shall
become payable and in the manner set forth in the said conditions.
3. The said conditions shall be read and construed as for main part of this contract and the
practices here to respectively shall abide by and observe and perform and comply with the
terms, stipulation and agreement therein contained and or their part to be observed,
contained and or their part to be observed, performed and compiled with respectively.
