Official Rules – Champs Nike Kobe IX “Knit Stocking” Sweepstakes 12/26/14 There is no purchase necessary to enter. A purchase won’t increase your chances of winning. 1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to US residents who are thirteen (13) or older. Employees of Foot Locker Retail, Inc. (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to enter. 2. How to Enter: Visit http://footlocker.co1.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_2uxLt7Rl6WjdB8V and complete the online form by 6pm PST on 12/18/14. You will be asked to indicate your shoe size and the store in which you’d like to purchase a pair of Nike Kobe IX “Knit Stocking” 12/26/14 release date sneakers. You may only select one (1) shoe size and one (1) store, and you may only enter one (1) time. Additional entries will be disqualified. 3. Drawing: On or about 12/19/14, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner per available sneaker per store. Sponsor will attempt to notify the winners via e-mail by 3pm EST on 12/19/14. 4. Prizes: Each winner will have the right to buy a pair of Nike Kobe IX “Knit Stocking” 12/26/14 release date sneakers in the size and at the store he/she selected on the entry form. A winner will be required to show proper identification and buy the sneakers in the designated store during store hours on 12/20/14. If the name on the identification doesn’t match the name on the entry, the person will not be able to buy the sneakers. If the winner does not buy the sneakers in accordance with the instructions, he/she will forfeit the right to buy the sneakers, and Sponsor may offer that opportunity to another person. A winner may not substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize if the prize is not available for any reason. 5. General Conditions: By entering, you indicate your agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Promotion. In the event that the operation of the Promotion is impaired in any way, Sponsor may award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Promotion, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the owner. The Promotion is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. 6. Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. You waive the right to claim any attorney’s fees and any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. 7. Privacy: Information you submit as part of the Promotion will be used for purposes of this Promotion and treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 8. Disputes: You agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York. 9.
