Click on the Link under the Equipment Rental Form Tab to start your Process.
Enter the Primary Scouter’s name, PJ’15 Unit Registration number, and Primary Scouter’s MyScouts number
o The Equipment Rental Form cannot be processed without this information
o Scout Units must have paid their initial deposit prior to submitting the Equipment Rental Form
Review the various rental packages:
o Bronze
o Silver
o Gold
In the space provided enter the quantity of the rental package you require. You can chose any combination of
rental package you wish. If you require extra gear, enter the quantities in the space provided. You can also rent
the extra gear without choosing a specific rental package.

Write a cheque for the total amount of the rental as shown on the form. Make it payable to “Scouts Canada – PJ
2015”
Attach a printed copy of the Equipment Rental Form confirmation email and send it with the cheque to:

Payment for Equipment Rental must be received before 31 March 2015
The primary Scouter will receive a Equipment Rental Confirmation when the payment has been received
Scout Units can pick up their Equipment from their Sub Camp HQ on arrival at the Jamboree. The Equipment
Rental Confirmation must be presented in order to pick up the Equipment.
The primary Scouter will be provided a receipt for the returned rental equipment after it has been checked back
into the Sub Camp HQ
