The Vietnam International Trade Expo was sponsored
by Bureau of Foreign Trade, and held on 3-6 December in
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. During the Image Enhancement
Plan(IEP)project, which is implementing by TAITRA, BXB
joined in exhibition third time in Vietnam with Taiwan Excellence products of this year. The exhibition was located in
Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center(SECC). BXB
demonstrated the whole conference system, and demonstra-
tion, joint with the winner products of the Taiwan Excellence
Award in recent two years.
The international traders such as Vietnam, Korea, China,
India, and Malaysian companies displayed their best products
during this exhibition. BXB was also invited to have a dinner
party. During the period, we exchanged experiences with
various Taiwan Excellence companies and local distributers,
and we were fertilized by all the precious experiences.
Moreover, TAITRA invited many customers and visitors
to this exhibition and focused on the customer’s demand
and need which matches Taiwanese best products. This
exhibition is the great opportunity for the BXB team. “I had
browsed BXB websites many times and was surprised at
the conference system that can control a thousand of microphones with only one control unit. For some cases, I don’t
need to buy more machines to expand. All I need is increase
the amount of microphones. It’s very convenient. I wish we
can have further opportunities to cooperate in the future,
” said Mr. Ho who inquired about BXB products. Besides,
friends of BXB in Vietnam Marco and A MAY also came to
concerned about the conference system products. We are
truly thankful for their long-term support and wish for better
interactions in the future.

BXB's Year-End Road Show in China

This year is going to the end. To
welcome 2015’s fresh perspective
and well-prepare next year’s coming,
we BXB and our partner in ChinaBeijing Litron Ltd. work together on
holding a road show in East China,
Central China, South-east China, and
North-east China. With holding the concept
of “Limited Power, Innovative in the World”,
our partner integrates BXB's conference system
with Canon’s projector, Crest Audio’s mixing
console, AMX’s intelligent control system, and
Atlas Sound’s speakers. It not only provides a
professional AV total solution to customers, but
makes visitors know how BXB’s conference system
can be applied. We expect visitors having deep
impression and fondness to BXB’s brand.
Our partner Beijing Litron
selects outstanding and competitive areas as the stations for
this road show, which including
Jinan(Spring City in China),
Zhengzhou(origin of Chinese
Kung Fu), Xi’an(the oldest city
in China), Chengdu(Country
of Heaven), Wuhan(Chicago
of China), and Shanghai(Paris
in the East). To offer visitors a
comfortable environment of
show-watching and informationsharing, our partner chooses
five-star hotels as the location
for the show. Besides general
product demonstration, company presentation and tea-time
with visitors are also one part
of the show. To make the entire
event more interesting, QR code
scan, games, lucky-draw also
get people’s attraction. The
effect of the show is great. The
amount of visitors is out of our
expectation; especially in Shanghai, visitors come one after
the other!

The highlight of the road show is BXB’s bestselling UFO series conference microphone and
upcoming FUN series conference microphone,
which catches many visitors attention. Both two
series of microphones are built with DSP chip
including AGC technique. The condition of soundexplosion and bad sound-reception can be effectively avoided. The sound quality is also superior to other brands. Worked with FCS-6350
conference main control unit built in TCP/IP, the
functionality and integration ability can be highly
enhanced. Chairman Zhong of Xiamen Wuheng
Electronics Technic. Co., Ltd. said after he had
seen BXB’s products, “the outlook of FUN series
is good and high-texture; the sound output is also
clear!” Executive Assistant Mr. Wang also indicated, “the appearance of UFO microphone unit
is different from the general ones’. It’s circle! So
innovative!” Besides visitors, Manager Lan of
Beijing Litron’s Chengdu Office also shows praise
after he used BXB’s newest super-flexible gooseneck microphone. He said with satisfaction,
“I can just use one finger to change the direction
of the gooseneck mic so that the microphone
base will not shake or move. Even I bend the
gooseneck mic to very low angle, it will not droop
due to the gravity. It’s really wonderful! I will surely
recommend to our customers!” We’re really happy
to hear these opinions and feedback. It urges us
to dedicate to upgrade products’ innovation and
quality more!

Since 1955, the establishment of Management College of
National Cheng Kung University, the university has gathered
outstanding talented people in business community. It becomes the
center of excellent management people. Under the severe condition,
these people contributed tremendously for Taiwanese economic
growth. Since 1993 till now, National Cheng Kung University has
always won the “Favorite Enterpreneur” awards annually and had
a great lead over other universities. In order to spread high level of
education, Management College of National Cheng Kung University
founded Executive Master of Business Administration(EMBA)and
students enrolled since 1999. EMBA integrates best education,
facilities, talents and resources of related departments, such as
BXB is honored to install the latest FCS-6300
conference system in EMBA audio and video
conference room. It is a worldwide common used
network cabling CAT5E which is easily accessible
while maintaining it. The control unit is equipped
with TCP/IP that is available used in wire and
wireless ways. It can apply to computer or mobile
device to connect with conference system that let
users revise anything through websites or apps. It
can also designate any microphone directly which
easily control the whole conference. Moreover, it
goes with 52 sets flush-mounted delegate microphone FCS-6321/6322 used all in one aluminum
panel and galvanized surface. Except for enhancing
the duration of panel, it also equipped with AGC
(Automatic Gain Control)and adjustments of sound
quality that perfectly present sound.

In the datasheet of BXB conference
system, no matter FCS-3000, FCS-6000
or FCS-6300 series, can control 999
delegate units and 10 chairman units.
Base on different size or different seat
arrangment of a conference room, the
consideration of loops and the distance
of cable will be different. Concerned
about the cable distance and loss rate,
it’s important to calculate the maximum
quantity of units in a loop and the timing
of using Extension power supply(EPS)
or switch.

We use FCS-6350 main control unit
as an example. There are 4 RJ-45 jacks
at the back of the unit to connect microphone units. A main control unit can
supply the power for 40~50 microphone
units. Because the power is seperated
into 4 loops, not 1 loop can connect
40~50 microphone units. Besides, the
distance of the cable to connect the
microphone units in 1 loops also a factor
to affect the connect quantity.

The first data is like the below
figure. The main control unit connect
single loops with the 20 meters main
cable to the first microphone unit.
The distance of the cable between
2 microphone units is 2.5 meters.
The load of quantity are 24 microphone units. The total distance of
cable is 77.5 meters.
The below figure is the situation
of using 2 loops from the forth data
of the form . The main control unit
connect two loops with the 20 meters
of such main cable to the first microphone unit. The distance of the
cable between 2 microphone units
is 2.5 meters. The load of quantity
are 40 microphone units. The total
distance of cable is 135 meters.

We can use the form to figure out how to connect. We suggest to use an extension power supply(EPS)if connecting
over 40 microphones the avoid the lack of power. An EPS can connect more 50 microphones. Below figure is an example
to explain the function of EPS.

Conference main control unit
This is an example with
5 chairman units and 52
delegate units. The main
control unit is placed in the
control room. The distance
of 4 main cable to the first
microphone is about 10-15
meters, and the cable distance to connect each microphone is 2.5 meters. To
calculate the loading, the
microphone of first and second loops are 19. Adding
12 microphones of the third
loops is still capable. But we
still have to connect the 12
and 14 microphones at the
last 2 row. Without the EPS,
the main control units will
overload. Thurs, use the
EPS, not switch, on the 4
loops and seperate the last
2 rows into 2 loops to connect these 26 microphones.
