John C. Rodney is a member with Clark Hill's General Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. He has a
broad tax and corporate practice with a particular focus in the tax, technology, and venture capital area. John has
more than 30 years experience representing an array of both companies and investors in sophisticated transactions.
John has represented many business owners, partnerships and other entities (including numerous investment
funds), and individuals in multiple acquisitions and divestitures, private debt and equity financings, securities
offerings, tax planning restructurings, contract matters, tax-oriented transactions, and real estate acquisitions and
financings.
John has been listed as a tax lawyer in The Best Lawyers in America since 1995.
