RECRUITMENT OVERVIEW
Every year Webarch recruits new members into the club. This year’s recruitment process consist of the
following stages:
1. Registration
2. Task Submission
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview
Rules and Regulations for individual tasks can be downloaded by clinking on the respective links on

Tasks divided into following categories.
1. Web Designing:
For applicants who are interested in developing websites (front end) using HTML, CSS, JS etc.
2. Web Development:
For applicants who are interested in developing Web Applications having a database at the backend
using PHP, MySQL etc.
3. Graphic Designing:
For applicants who are interested in Graphic and UX Designing using Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya,
3DS Max, Cinema 4D etc.
4. Visual Effects:
For applicants who are interested in VFX and Animation using After Effects, Cinema 4D, 3DS MAX
etc.
5. App Development:
For applicants who are interested in developing apps for mobile platforms such as Andriod,
Windows Phone, IOS etc.
6. Human Resource:
For non-technical applicants. Here you will be managing projects, clients and documentation.
CAN I SUBMIT TASK IN MORE THAN ONE CATEGORY?
Yes, you can. Submission of tasks in more than one category will increase your chances of selection.
I AM INTRESTED, BUT DON’T HAVE PRIOR EXPEARENCE NOR SOFTWARES?
Individual Task Guides contain GUIDES AND REFERENCES section which will direct you to learning resources
and required software. In case you require any software or help that is not available online you can contact
respective task managers.

WHAT ARE THE START AND END DATES?
The recruitment process for the year 2015 starts at 00:01 on 20th December 2014 and ends at 23:59 on 15th
January 2015 (“ENTRY PERIOD: That is REGISTRATION AND TASK SUBMISSION”). After which the shortlisted
candidates will be called for Technical Interview. These candidates will be informed via email and SMS.
CAN I ENTER?
Eligibility criteria has been mentioned in the tasks guide.
HOW DO I ENTER?
To register, visit www.webarchsrm.com/recruitment15 and register as instructed. You can begin
submitting your task after you register yourself until the task deadline.
