• All 2014 income documents, for all employers, banks
or other sources (W-2, W-2G, F-1099s, F-1099R, SSA)
• Form 1095-A, if you or anyone on your return had
coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace
• Copy of last year’s tax return
• Banking rou1ng and account numbers for
direct deposit
• Childcare expenses and providers address and SS# or
provider’s business employee iden1fica1on number

Income Eligibility Guidelines
Earned income and adjusted gross income (AGI) must each be less than:




$46,997 or ($52,427
$43,756 or ($49,186
$38,511 or ($43,941
$14,590 or ($20,020
married filing jointly) with 3 or more qualifying children
married filing jointly) with 2 qualifying children
married filing jointly) with 1 qualifying child
married filing jointly) with no qualifying children
What you need to bring for free tax preparation:

Proof of identification such as a picture ID for you, and your spouse if filing jointly
