Sponsorships are a great way for you to promote your company or association to other
business leaders, legislators and many of your peers at one of the many AIF events we
have annually. It is also a great way to support AIF in our mission on behalf of our
members across the state. We hope you will partner with us by selecting one of these
Sponsorship Packages.
If you are interested in sponsoring several AIF events throughout the upcoming year, one of our Sponsorship Packages
may be a convenient option for you. A Sponsorship Package is a one-time commitment that covers all of AIF’s key
events throughout the year. Instead of registering as a sponsor and securing the funds for each event as it approaches,
you can now budget the dollars and register as a sponsor for all the events at one time.

Description of Events
Pre-Session Briefing in Tallahassee
The annual Pre-Session Briefing has quickly become one of the most important AIF
meetings of the year. With top legislative leaders from both sides of the aisle, as well as
AIF’s legislative staff on hand, members are given an insight on the top business issues
for the upcoming legislative session.
The Chairman’s Dinner
Hosted by the Chair of the AIF Board of Directors, this is a very exclusive event which
allows our Platinum Level Sponsors to attend a private reception and dinner with other
business leaders, the AIF President & CEO, and a very special, high profile guest who will
be invited to talk frankly and openly with the group about issues affecting the business
community. High level government leaders such as the Governor, Lt. Governor, Senate
President, House Speaker, as well as top business leaders, both national and state, will be
the type of guest invited. The Chairman’s Dinner will be held just days before the start
of the regular legislative session.
Legislative Reception
An annual event held at AIF’s headquarters in Tallahassee on the evening before the Legislature convenes for the regular session, the Legislative Reception is a delightful evening
when AIF corporate sponsors and members welcome back the Florida legislators. With a
VIP guest list in the thousands, this time-honored tradition is eagerly anticipated by elected
officials, lobbyists and business leaders alike. The event provides a comfortable yet elegant
atmosphere for all guests to socialize with their lawmakers before session gets underway.
Mid-Session Briefing
The annual Mid-Session Briefing is designed to bring our members up to speed on the top
business issues seeing action during the legislative session. Members of House and Senate
Leadership and the AIF Lobby Team will be present to discuss the recent passage of
important legislation, as well as what lies ahead for AIF’s remaining priorities.
Champions for Business Awards Presentation Ceremony & Reception
AIF members and their guests are invited to join us for this highly anticipated and wellattended event as we congratulate the Champions for Business award winners. The Champions
for Business Reception allows our members to engage with experts and legislators on a
variety of current topics. Growing in attendance each year, this reception has become a
signature event for AIF members and numerous legislators to come together at the Annual
Conference.
Champions for Business Dinner
Hosted by the President & CEO of AIF, the Champions for Business Dinner will include
only Platinum Level Sponsors and a group of honorees and VIP guests that were present
at the Champions for Business Reception. This event will be held immediately following
the annual Champions for Business Reception.
Annual Conference
The AIF Annual Conference welcomes members from all parts of Florida to participate
in a variety of hot topic panels, as well as hear from guest speakers including business
executives, legislative leaders and political experts. This two-day event is held in central or
south Florida in late summer, and covers an array of issues that are most important to the
business community at that time. Platinum Sponsors receive up to 5 FREE registrations
to the Annual Conference.
