Fuel Surcharge Announcement!!!
All carriers will automatically receive the fuel surcharge as a separate line item for each shipment identified on the Carrier Remittance Statement
with your check. The fuel surcharge will be calculated on the total line-haul portion of each shipment for Percentage Based Customers or per mile
for Mileage Based Customers. The calculation will not include accessorial items such as stop-off charges, detention, overweight or permit fees, etc.
This Fuel Surcharge is applicable only to shipments that are scheduled to be picked up on or after the effective date listed below.
