Rules
Determined by the divers age as of December 31, 2015.
Open to all CADA registered divers, US Diving Association members and
foreign divers affiliated with FINA and found to be in good standings.
1.Diving Plongeon Canada and Dive Ontario rules will apply.
2. Dive sheets are to be submitted electronically via email at
[email protected] 24 hrs before event.
Changes will be permitted up to 1 hour before the event.
A Coach's meeting will be held at 8:45am on Saturday, January 10. 2015,
before the start of the meet. Location to be announced.

DIVE REQUIREMENTS - TIER II
Across all age groups:
◦ No dives performed in layout or straight position (A)
◦ No single dives with . twist to be used (ex 5X11)
◦ No foot-first dives performed from 3 metre except 404C
◦ Forward twisting dives must have full twists (ex 5134D, 5422D, etc)
◦ Backward twisting dives must have half twists (ex 5221D, 5333D, etc)
Across age groups E, D, and C
◦ must use special DDs

Platform Rules:
◦ The 3m tower will be allowed for age groups where facilities are available.
◦ All dives across all age groups performed from 3m will have a DD of 1.0
◦ For age groups E and D, dives performed on 5m will have a DD of 1.9
◦ For age groups C, B, and A, dives performed on 5m will use their FINA DD.
◦ There is no restriction on the number of groups which must be performed.
◦ The results of the tower events will not be included in the calculations for Outstanding Diver.
◦ The results of the tower events will not be included in the club points calculations.
