Christine Cronin, M.Arch.
Christine Cronin provides critical on-site evaluation of design details and review of new and
existing building enclosure projects, particularly for structures with a low tolerance for risk of
moisture related failures, such as hospitals, laboratories, and museums. She has been involved
in a broad range of services including enclosure evaluation, detailing, product submittal review,
construction phase observation and evaluation, below-grade waterproofing design, installation
review and field testing, and hygrothermal analysis of enclosure systems.
Prior to joining Building Science Corporation Christy worked in building enclosure consulting and
commissioning at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates in Dallas, Texas and in architectural design
and building science at Chris Benedict, R.A. in New York, NY.
