Dear Lion Friends,
Wishing you ALL A HAPPY AND MEANINGFUL NEW YEAR !
First of all I take this opportunity to congratulate you for extending all sorts of co-operation in building up
the image of our Great District a stronger one.
Friends, we must not relax but put our efforts to show that we can be able to surpass our previous
achievements and it will be a new record to be established to Repay the Debt.
Friends, again I am informing you that our Multiple District 322 decided that all the 11 sub-districts to serve
One Multiple One Activity on 11th January, 2015 to Feed the Hunger. All club Presidents are requested to
serve the suffering humanity on that day. This special service day is great opportunity to strengthen your
community.
Last but not the least I am regularly informing you that Administrative Activities and Service Activities to
report at MyLci.
My wife Lion Ratna joins with me in extending our warmest New Year Greetings and Good Wishes to you
and all the fine members of your club.

 International Dues :
Henceforth all payments to be sent to Mumbai office in the name and style of “The
International Association of Lions Clubs” only.


42nd ISAAME FORUM 2014 :
4-7 December, 2014, Mauritius
ISAAME Forum 2014 held at Mauritius from December 4 – 7, 2014.
3rd Multiple Council Meeting :
3rd Multiple Council Meeting will be held on 19th, 20th and 21st January, 2015 at Hotel Mayfaire, Gopalpur-on
Sea, Orissa.
3rd Cabinet Meeting:
3rd Cabinet Meeting held on 14th December, 2014 at Junction Mall, Durgapur.
4th Cabinet Meeting:
4th Cabinet Meeting will be held on 13th February, 2015 at Asansol Club Limited, Asansol to be organized by
LC Asansol Greater.
16th Annual District Conference:
16th Annual District Conference to be held on & from 14th February, 2015 to 15th February, 2015 at Rabindra
Bhavan, Asansol to be hosted by LC Asansol Greater.
YLLI Faculty development workshop earlier scheduled on 9th and 10th January, 2015 is
rescheduled to 28th and 29th January, 2015 on the request of the consultant trainers for this workshop
as their faculty pool had other assignment.

to Lions International but majority clubs have not yet sent the payments of International dues.
They are requested sent the payment immediately.
District Dues : Till date 51 clubs have paid the District & Multiple Dues but rest of
clubs yet to sent. They are requested to send the District & Multiple dues at the earliest.

Attention of Region Chairpersons :
Hope, you have completed your 2nd staff meeting of your Region. But I have not yet received
your report. Please send the report immediately.
And also give the trace on membership growth and payment of International and District Dues
of all the Club of your Region.
Further, have you completed your 3rd staff meeting of your Region ? If Yes. Please send the
report before 4th Cabinet Meeting. Please repay the Debt by fulfilling your earlier
commitment.
Attention of Zone Chairpersons :
I do hope you have already completed your ZAC meeting within 31st December, 2014. Please
send the report of your meeting. You are requested to look after the payment of International
per capita dues and District & Multiple Dues of the clubs of your Zone.
And complete of your 3rd ZAC Meeting before 4th Cabinet Meeting and submit the report.
Please repay the Debt by fulfilling your earlier commitment.
Attention of Club Presidents :
You know that you are the leader of your club in this year. And I believe you will Repay the
Debt. I requesting you to pay the International Dues and District Dues as the earliest possible,
if not paid earlier. Further please keep it up on growth of membership. You here by request to
submit service activities and administration report at MyLci.
