The Amsterdam Mohawks Baseball Organization
is hiring seasonal help in the following areas:
(Salary based on experience and will be discussed at interview)
• Director of Concessions - Duties include weekly operation of the
ballpark food/beer concession stands. Responsible for ordering, maintaining,
scheduling, directing of staff for all home games and events. Food service experience is required.
• Director of Facilities - Responsible for basic maintenance of stadium prior to and during games and
special events. Knowledge of basic handy work and cleaning experience is required.
• Game Day Coordinator - Responsible for game day activities at home games. Scripting and
executing entire game operation and music, staffing, setting up admission, sponsor relations, etc. are all
included in the position. Special event experience is required. FT from May 15 - August 15.
• Office Assistant - Duties to include basic office work approximately 10 - 20 hours per week from May
1 to July 31. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Publisher. Quality communication skills are required for this
position.
• Marketing Coordinator - Duties include all aspects of marketing for the baseball season. Experience
in all media ad placement including social media . Additional responsibilities of web site updates and
e-blasts. Basic computer knowledge is required for the position. Flexible part-time hours expected plus
hours during home games.
• Mascot - Energetic, fun, lively, outgoing person. Mascot is a featured part of all home games.
Weekend of training at mascot school in Pennsylvania is required. Ability to dance and be creative.
Consideration for long-term commitment. Hours mainly at home game nights during summer.
• Sales Associates - looking for energetic, driven person(s) for corporate sales in Montgomery,
Fulton, or Schenectady Counties.
• Game Day Staff - Mature people to work as part of Mohawks Event Staff. Positions include
concession, admission, security or more.
