Terms and conditions of promotion "The Great Christmas Price Freeze"
1. The following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the principles of
promotion - promotional sales launched under the name "The Great Christmas Price Freeze"
("Promotion").

6. The price per single Promotional Ticket for the service covered by the Promotion will be
shown for each bus journey offered by PolskiBus.com under the Promotion. Moreover the
Organizer will charge a booking fee of 1 zloty for each purchase of a Promotional Ticket.
7. Throughout the Promotional Period at times selected by the Organizer the Promotion
participants will be informed via www.facebook.com/PolskiBus about routes covered by the
Promotion, dates of departure and the price per single Promotional Ticket.
8. Promotional tickets will be available throughout the Promotional Period in the Organizer's offer
until the bus offering this service is full.
9. Promotional tickets will be made available by the Organizer throughout the Promotional Period
at www.polskibus.com.
10. Sales of Promotional Tickets, provision of transport services as well as possible returns and
claims are governed by the provisions of „Terms and Conditions for the provision of services
via the website www.polskibus.com by Souter Holdings Poland sp. z o.o.” and „Transport
terms and conditions of Souter Holdings Poland sp. z o. o.”, available at www.polskibus.com.
11. Joining the Promotion is tantamount to having read and accepted these Terms and
Conditions.
12. These Terms and Conditions are available at www.polskibus.com, on the Organizer's profile
at www.facebook.com/PolskiBus and in the Organizer's seat.
