RULES
1. Time limit: 3+1 minutes.
2. Undergraduate/postgraduate level students of different colleges/university
departments can participate.
3. Each college/university department can send a team of two debaters.
4. One debater of a team will speak for the motion and another against it.
5. Each team must bring an authority letter from its college/university department.
6. A participant can speak in one of the three languages: English, Hindi and Urdu.
7. Debaters in a team may choose to speak in two different languages. But each
speaker must consistently follow the language chosen by her/him.
8. The college/university department winning the trophy will be responsible for its
safe custody and timely return.
