POLYSTAR QS Densifying, efflorescence-control admixture for no-slump concrete that provides low-level water repellency and creates a swipe effect Product Information Sheet Description Polystar QS is an admixture that reduces efflorescence and water absorption in no-slump concrete products. It densifying properties allow more water to be added to the mixture without affecting the consistency. Polystar QS provides low-level water repellency and creates a swipe effect. Storage: Protect from freezing. Store in a dry area at 10 oC (50 oF) or higher. Keep container closed to avoid evaporation loss. Properties: Appearance: Yellow to yellowish-white opaque liquid Odor: Mild Density: 1.01 g/mL pH: 7.0 - 10.0 Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) Usage Add Polystar QS after most of the water has been added. Mix for one minute to ensure complete dispersion. Polystar QS must be added separately from other admixtures. Dosage: 200 to 800 mL / 100 kg (4 - 12 fl. oz. / 100 lb) of cementitious material Note: Incompatible with all types of accelerators.
