He declared that a quorum was present and that the meeting was duly convened and constituted. 2 RESOLUTIONS The resolutions set out in the Notice were duly proposed and voted on and the Chairman declared that the resolutions numbered 1 to 3 set out in the Notice had been passed as ordinary resolutions. 3 OTHER BUSINESS There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting closed.
