UNITED STATES AIR FORCE CAPTAIN JEREMIAH C. STAMP Captain Jeremiah C. Stamp is an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies at Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 643, Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio. In this capacity he trains, motivates and counsels highly qualified young men and women as prospective Air Force officers while managing and conducting oncampus, cross-town, and local area activities to meet Detachment objectives. Captain Stamp is a 2011 graduate of Webster University, entered the Air Force in 1997 and completed Security Forces training in 1998. He has experience as an Entry Controller, Security Response Team member, Patrolman, Desk Sergeant, and Security Forces Technical School Instructor. He received his commission through Officer Training School, became an Acquisitions Officer and has obtained Level I and Level II Program Management Certifications. As a program manager for the B-2 Spirit platform he was responsible for the Acquisition Category 1 Extremely High Frequency Increment 1 Production effort worth $130M. He served as the Chairperson of the Performance Confidence Assessment Group for the $700M Light Air Support source selection and completed the $361M Airborne Signals Intelligence Payload Baseline effort. He led the planning, budgeting and execution of $50M to develop airborne Signals Intelligence capabilities on the Global Hawk, Predator/Reaper, and U-2 platforms.
