history
Roots of CST GmbH
CST GmbH was founded in 1989 based on exciting
new technological developments achieved in prior
years. The CST GmbH achieves in short time an excellent reputation in the textile market for drum scanners
and film plotters. The CST GmbH is delivering to more
than 50 countries worldwide.
Following years
The following years the CST GmbH developed imaging
machines for the textile market for flat and rotary printing. Our R&D Department continually improves both
machine and process technology for the benefit of our
customers.
Engraving
The engraving process started with a mask engraving
system by wax. Later we changed to the much cheaper
and faster ink systems. The newest technology is the
imaging by the DLE machines with DMD technology.

Our product-line
Our product line includes specially designed machines.
We offer what our customer needs. This line includes
machines for the embossing market, laser engraving
systems, etching machines and scanners.
Foundation of AKK GmbH
In 2012 we founded the AKK GmbH. We decided to
produce and develop machinery for the future needs
of both the embossing and laser markets.
Our staff
We have a ingenious team that designs the mechanics,
the head systems and complicated optical systems.
Moreover we have technicians that design our own
boards and we have a pick-and-place robot in house to
finish the board by ourselves.
So we know always what we are saying, when we talk
about our machines!
CST GmbH is a leading global company supplying state
of the art screen imaging to the graphics world. Our
patented production methods provide the best possible
solutions for the most demanding applications. The new
imaging system utilizing a DMD chip manufactured
by Texas Instruments allows for variable resolution, very
fast engraving speed and low production costs.
Another large market for CST is textiles.

We offer systems to expose both flat and rotary screens.
Our machines are custom built depending on the
customer field of application. We engineer for various
resolutions, head systems and machine sizes. We have
built machines up to 8 x 3 meters print widths. Our
machinery is designed for global production.
CST ROTARY ENGRAVING
The CST GmbH rotary machine is used by the leading
global textile manufacturing companies. Our R&D
department develops the newest methods to match to
the customer requirements to the needed application.
Also upgrades of existing machines to the newest
technology are possible.
CST Flat screen imaging
We offer different types of flat machines. Depending
on the application we offer different capacity, quality
and sizes. The DLE „Compact“ is mainly used as a high
end product with up to 2540 dpi in resolution. It can be
easily adapted for in-line production. The DLE “Classic”
machine is delivered with screens positioned vertically
and produced according to individual needs. More than
250 machines are running worldwide.
For the textile market, the DLE ECO is the right solution
with both high speed and a good resolution.
