Ms.DominihasbeenapartnerandprivatetrusteewithLoringWolcott&Coolidge
FiduciaryAdvisorsLLP(“LoringWolcottAdvisors”)sinceNovember1987.Thepartnersof
LoringWolcottAdvisorsareprimarilyengagedinthebusinessofmanagingfiduciarytrust
accounts.Inmostinstancesthepartnersarenamedindividuallytoserveastrustees,
subjecttothecustomaryfiduciaryduties.ThepartnersalsoserveasdirectorsofLoring
Wolcott&CoolidgeTrustLLC(“LoringWolcottTrust”),aNewHampshirecharterednon‐
depositorytrustcompany.LoringWolcottTrustprovidescustodyandadministrative
servicesforaccountsonwhichpartnersserveastrusteesorinvestmentadvisers.Certain
LoringWolcottAdvisorsandLoringWolcottTrustclientsmayinvestinsharesofDomini’s
mutualfundsordiscretionaryseparatelymanagedaccountprograms.

compensationfromLoringWolcottAdvisors,(ii)distributionsasaresultofherownership
interestinDomini,LoringWolcottAdvisorsandLoringWolcottTrust,and(iii)payments

ChiefComplianceOfficerofLoringWolcott.
TheComplianceDepartmentregularlyreviewsallaccounts,includingthetransactionsof
ourinvestmentcompanyclients.Accountsarereviewedforadherencetospecificclient
guidelinesandobjectives.Domini’sChiefComplianceOfficerreviewscompliance
checklistsfromeachsubadviseratleastquarterly.Thecompliancechecklistincludes
questionsrelatedtothesubmanagementoftheparticularaccountinaccordancewithits
investmentobjectives,policiesandrestrictions.
