Scope of supply shall be strictly as per Scope of Work and other documents which are part of RFQ. 2. Bidder shall furnish prices/details as above, in accordance with Instructions To Bidders/ Request for Quotation. 3. All the Columns of quoted items in the Price Schedule must be filled with required information, as applicable. 4. Bidder must quote the price in enclosed Price Schedule formats only. The formats shall not be changed and/or retyped. For any deviation to the formats, offer may be rejected. 5. Quoted prices are firm and fixed till complete execution of the entire order and no variation on any account is allowed. 6. Bidder shall quote rates in figures as well as in words also as per the Price Schedule. In case of any discrepancy between words and figures, amount indicated in words shall be considered for the purpose of evaluation. 7. In case of discrepancy between unit price and the total price, the unit price shall prevail. If there is a discrepancy between the total amount and the sum of total price, the sum of total price shall prevail. 8. Bidder to confirm that he has noted the contents of the Preamble to the Price Schedule, Price Schedule, RFQ etc and quoted his prices accordingly without any deviation. 9. Foreign bidder shall quote their prices in US$ or in the currency of country of origin. 10. Delivery schedule for supply of material shall be 6 to 7 weeks from the date of issue of LOA/PO. 11. Price bid evaluation shall be on item-wise evaluation basis and award of PO shall be on L1 basis. Bidders may quote for all items or individual items. 12.
