The Otoe County Board of Commissioners convened as the Board of Equalization at 8:25 a.m. on Tuesday,
October 14, 2014 in the County Courtroom (108) of the Courthouse at Nebraska City. The Otoe County Board
of Commissioners convened in regular session as 8:30 a.m. Minutes of the previous meetings were not read as
each Board Member was furnished with copies of the same. Members present were Commissioner Carol Crook,
Commissioner Charles R Hauptman, Commissioner Tim Nelsen, Commissioner Steve Lade and Commissioner
Rick Freshman. The following motions were passed by majority vote: To send a Notice of Change of Valuation
on parcels that have been overvalued/undervalued/omitted. To set the levies for the taxing entities within Otoe
County. To adopt Resolution 10-14-14-32 clarifying terms regarding partial payment of taxes on a single
