Assistant Counsel Associate Counsel Serving as General Counsel for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, Martha Mosier specializes in administrative and transactional real estate regulations and law. Martha attended Stephens College in Columbia Missouri and after Graduating from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1992, Martha clerked for the California Attorney General’s Office in San Diego, Criminal Writs and Appeals Division, 4th Appellate District. Martha obtained her Real Estate Broker’s License in 1996 and joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage/Reology (CBRB) as litigation counsel where she successfully defended CBRB agents for 11 years. Martha has been a part of the Prudential California/BHHSCP Legal team for six years and is a four year member of the San Diego Risk Management Committee, Real Estate Fraud Task Force and a Member of the OC Real Estate Section of the California Bar Association. Martha is on the Strategic Defense Panel for C.A.R. and is the vice president of The Charitable Foundation, the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Property agent outreach nonprofit. Stella H. Ling, Esq. is Managing Senior Counsel for the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.). She has been with C.A.R. since 1998. Stella helps manage C.A.R.’s Member Legal Hotline which provides one-on-one legal advice to over 160,000 real estate agents and brokers. She is the legal editor of Realegal® which is an e-newsletter that provides new legal developments to members. She also writes the monthly legal column for C.A.R.’s California Real Estate magazine and responds to legal Q&As for other legal publications. Stella visits real estate offices and local boards and associations throughout California to give legal updates to members. More recently, Stella started hosting an interactive legal webinar every month for REALTORS®. Victoria Boynton has extensive experience in the commercial and residential brokerage area as well as general corporate and litigation. As an Assistant U.S. Attorney, she prosecuted high-level drug cases and represented the government on civil tort claims. Prior to entering into the real estate domain, Victoria handled litigation matters successfully through trial; many resulted in verdicts in excess of five hundred thousand dollars. She served as in-house counsel for The Upper Deck Company, a top rated sports memorabilia company as well as a North County developer who owned golf courses, resorts and commercial shopping centers in San Diego County. She has been with Pickford Realty as Associate General Counsel since 2007. General Counsel Stella received her undergraduate degree in economics and biology from Occidental College in Los Angeles. She received her Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law. Victoria Boynton Ms. Boynton received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of MassachusettsAmherst and her J.D. from California Western School of Law. She has successfully completed several mediation trainings with the San Diego Association of Realtors, American Arbitration Association and the California Association of Realtors.
