OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A
PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: The Amprobe “HVAC” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United
States (and District of Columbia) who are at least 21 years oldat the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Fluke Corporation (the "Sponsor"), its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors and retailers,
their participating advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in
the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local
laws and regulations.
Entry: There are two ways to enter:
1) Online Entry: To enter online, visit www.amprobe.com/HVACSweeps, follow the instructions to complete and
submit the entry form in its entirety (“Online Entry”). Online entries must be submitted between 12:00:01 AM
PT on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 and 11:59:59 PM PT on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 (the "Sweepstakes Entry
Period").
2) Mail Entry: To enter by mail, visit www.amprobe.com/HVACSweeps, download and print the PDF file of the
Amprobe HVAC Sweepstakes entry form (the “Mail-In Form”), complete the Mail-In Form in its entirety, and
mail it to: Amprobe HVAC Sweepstakes, 6920 Seaway Blvd, Mailstop 2E, Everett, WA 98203 (“Mail-in
Entry”). Mailed entries must be postmarked between Tuesday, April 15, 2014 and Tuesday, July 15, 2014
and received by Tuesday, July 22, 2014. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced Mail-in entries
are not eligible.
Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, garbled, distorted, incomplete, damaged, postage-due or
misdirected entries and accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from an entrant’s
participation in this Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or
acknowledged.
Limit: Two (2) entries per person during the Sweepstakes Entry Period regardless of the method of entry. In the event
of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email
address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an
email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for
assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):
Prize: Five (5) First Place Prize winners will each receive the following prize package: a toolkit consisting of one ACD51NAV clamp meter (ARV $274.95), one THWD-3 relative humidity temperature meter (ARV $149.95) & one IR-720
infrared thermometer (ARV $129.95). ARV of each First Place Prize Package: $554.85. All prizes awarded “AS IS”
and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose).
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $2,774.25.
Limit: One (1) prize per person and per household.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the
Sweepstakes Entry Period (and eligible Mail-in entries received by July 22, 2014) . All winners will be selected in a
random drawing to be held at [location] on or about Wednesday, July 23, 2014, under the supervision of an
Independent Sweepstakes Administrator (the “ISA”), acting on behalf of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be
binding. Potential winners will be notified via email. Potential prize winners may be required to sign and return, within
five (5) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Wavier, a W-9 Form, and where allowable, a Publicity
Release (collectively, the “Releases”).
Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be delivered within 46 weeks of winner verification. Non-winning entrants will not be notified.
Odds: The odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during the
Sweepstakes Entry Period.
Prize Conditions: Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning and
accepting a prize. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, if selected winner does not return the
Releases or respond with a valid address by the provided deadline, cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason,
or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified, and
the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner to be selected in a separate random drawing. Upon disqualification,
no compensation will be given.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are not assignable or transferable,
except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No substitutions of any prizes will be permitted, except Sponsor reserves the
right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value for any prize/prize component. Except where prohibited by law,
entry and/or acceptance of prize constitute permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, prize won, hometown, and
likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting and the publicly-distributed
winner list for the Sweepstakes) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity,
without additional compensation, notification or permission. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate
Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted herein and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such
use of any and every nature and kind.
AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE,
UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY, AND SWEEPSTAKES WINNER HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND
ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN
SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.
General Release: By participating in this Sweepstakes entrants agree to these Official Rules and release the
Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well
as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from all claims, harm
and liability relating to their participation in the Sweepstakes, and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prize offered.
Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this
Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error
in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. By participating in
the Sweepstakes, each entrant releases and agrees to indemnify the Released Parties and hold them harmless from
and against any and all costs, claims, damages, (including, without limitation, any special, incidental or consequential
damages), or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without
limitation, death or violation of any intellectual property or personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy,
libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes, or arising out of
participation in any Sweepstakes-related or prize-related activity, or the receipt, enjoyment, participation in, use or
misuse, of any prize or promotion or prize- related activity, whether hosted by Sponsor or a third party. Winner
assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or
use/misuse or redemption of the prize.
Legal Warning: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY
DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEBSITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF
THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT
TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE
FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out
of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form
of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of Washington. All issues and questions
concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and
obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by,
and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Washington without giving effect to any choice of law or
conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Washington or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application
of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Washington. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual
damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental
damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or
seek injunctive or any other equitable relief.
THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES
ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT, AND
INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.
Privacy: By entering and providing the required entry information, entrants acknowledge that the Sponsor may also
send information or special offers it believes may be of interest to entrant, or other information or goods offered by its
marketing partners. Please refer to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at

uses and discloses personal information.
Official Rules Request: To request a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by July

Winner Confirmation: For a written confirmation of the winners (available after July 15, 2014) send a stamped, selfaddressed envelope (no later than July 30, 2015), to: Amprobe HVAC Sweepstakes Winner Confirmation Request,

Miscellaneous: Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are
final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole
discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or any entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes should
viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control affect the administration,
security or proper play of the Sweepstakes, or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion)
incapable of running the Sweepstakes as planned. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will
be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. If you
