NOTE: Use 2mm allen
wrench and turn clockwise
to loosen locking pin and
remove handle.

1. Gently turn (#1) allen screw (locking pin) with 2mm
allen wrench clockwise until they stop.

2. Slide (#2) handle off handle sleeves.

3. Pull (#3) chrome handle sleeve off cartridge axle and
out of cartridge cover.

4. Lift and remove (#4) cartridge cover.
5. Unscrew (#5) retaining nut with large adjustable wrench
by unscrewing counter clockwise to remove retaining nut.
6. Lift out ceramic disc cartridge #63500.
7. Install new cartridge (#63500) Note directional pin and be
sure to seat properly.
8. Reverse steps to re-install handle.
Special Note: Handle removal will vary.
• CLASS FAUCET with “M” HANDLE: turn 2mm allen wrench clockwise to loosen locking pin.
• TWIN FAUCET: turn 2mm allen wrench clockwise to loosen locking pin.

• CLASS /PRESTIGE FAUCET with STANDARD HANDLE: use 3mm allen wrench and turn
counter clockwise to remove handle studs.
• CLASS HI-ARC: use 3mm allen wrench and turn counter clockwise to remove handle studs.

counter clockwise to
remove handle stud.

1. Gently turn (#1) handle stud with 3mm wrench counter
clockwise until handle studs come out completely.
2. Slide (#2) handle off (#3) handle sleeves.
3. Pull chrome (#3) handle sleeve out of cartridge cover.

4. Lift and remove (#4) cartridge cover.
5. Unscrew (#5) retaining nut with large adjustable wrench
by unscrewing, removing retaining nut completely
6. Lift out ceramic disc cartridge (#63500).
7. Install new cartridge (#63500) Note directional pin and be
sure to seat properly.
8. Reverse steps to re-install handle.
