Bob Svoboda, ASA Integrity Valuation Mr. Svoboda is an independent valuation consultant with over 30 years of experience conducting valuations throughout North & South America, Europe and Asia. He has valued securities, businesses, intangible assets, machinery and equipment and real estate. Previous Experience Mr. Svoboda has been involved in performing and managing virtually all aspects of valuation including mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcies, and various federal, state and local tax matters. He has testified in various matters in US Bankruptcy Court including Southern District of New York, Northern District of Ohio, and Eastern District of Wisconsin; US Tax Court; Tax Court of Canada; and numerous state and local tax venues. Mr. Svoboda recently retired from Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP, serving as a Director for over 5 years. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Svoboda was the Director of Valuation Services for Avail Consulting and both KPMG Peat Marwick LLP’s Houston office and Coopers & Lybrand’s Chicago and Houston Regions, respectively. He also spent fifteen years with American Appraisal Associates.
