Creeks Football League (CFL), a member of Creeks Athletic Association (CAA), and Greater Jacksonville Pop Warner Scholastics (GJPW). We have had
over 900 kids in Northwest St. Johns County participate in our programs over the last 5 years and we expect continued growth in the upcoming years.
Sponsorship is critical to the success of our football and cheerleading programs. As a member of Creeks Athletic Association, a 501(3)c, all sponsorship
donations are tax deductible.
We offer multiple levels of sponsorship as outlined below.
