available in different packages to suite your every need.

• Booster:72 units
• Runner:144 units
The bigger the unit order the lower the individual cost price per item, maximizing your prots. This structure makes it possible
to manage your expenses and buy products at different quantities that suite your client base needs. If you are located
outside our area you can have your order couriered anywhere in SA.

We are currently adding new and exciting products to our range and will make these products available to our
independent resellers as they become available. We are currently busy expanding the CNT LABS™ range to include
a broad-spectrum premium sport and gym supplements range of the highest quality available. Being the manufacturer
we can use the very best quality ingredients and offer these products to our independent resellers at unheard of
prices. (In essence we “cut out the middleman”). As we are the manufacturer you will receive the goods at excellent
prices and even be able to sell at ridiculously low prices and still make excellent prots.

Our resellers will automatically also become eligible to purchase other brand ranges from Calpharm (Pty) Ltd on the same
principle, including the Excell Health™ range (focusing on vitamins, minerals and other health related supplements)

and running. We even have supplements for children!

RESELLER Q & A
How do I become a reseller? - By lling in the registration form, and being approved as a reseller. You will be notied via
email or phone when your registration has been accepted and completed.
As a reseller, how do I place an order? - You place your FIRST order via email, [email protected]. You will be furnished
with an invoice which you need to pay in full before we will process your order. After successful completion of your
rst order, you will receive a unique username & password which will allow you to order directly from our website, and you
will then generate your own invoices and pay them. Access to our site will allow you to see new products and specials which
will not be available to the public eye!
How does my discount work? - As a reseller you will receive discount based on how many products you buy per individual
product. Your discount quantities are 12, 72, 144 or more. Each quantity gives you a larger saving. The more you take, the
more you save per individual item.
How long will I wait for my order? - Once your payment reects in our account, we will process and pack your order. We will
contact you to arrange a collection date. The entire process should not take longer than 5 to 7 working days, subject to
stock availability.
Can I sell to other retailers? - No. You may only sell to the end user / public.
How do I market these products? What am I allowed or not allowed to say / do? - You may market our products online, via
brochures & pamphlets, business & vehicle signage, other printed media and word of mouth. You may NOT make up your
own ‘benets’ for our products, as it is illegal to say just anything! Please read our Terms & Conditions on the Application

RESELLER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) Independent Resellers may not alter the packaging / label of the CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd products in any way. The products need to remain as they were received. Repacking &
rebranding is strictly prohibited.
2) Independent Resellers may not use their own wording for their ads when describing what the products do, they MUST at all times use the exact wording CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd have
used on their products’ packaging / label.
3) Independent Resellers’ marketing material MUST always say ‘Independent Reseller’, so as to be clear that they are not working for CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd, but operate independently.
4) Independent Resellers’ marketing material must at all times be of a high quality, and must be designed by a professional, so as to maintain a high quality image when presenting the
CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd product range.
5) Independent Resellers may not advertise with Groupon, Daddy’s Deals, Bid or Buy or the Media24 Group (which includes Health24 and Women24 among others). Independent Resellers may
not advertise with any of the online magazine websites afliated with the Caxton Group. Independent Resellers may not advertise with Women’s Health.
6) Independent Resellers MAY advertise the CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd product range on Gumtree, OLX, Facebook, Twitter and various other online selling platforms. If an Independent
Reseller is unsure of whether or not they may advertise on a specic website, please send CNT Labs the name / link and they will conrm. Independent Resellers may also market using various
printed marketing materials.
7) Independent Resellers may not sell the CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd products to other chain stores and pharmacies.
8) CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to sell our products through any media, via any chanel and to anyone at any time.
8) Independent Resellers may not charge less than the CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd retail prices (available on the CNT Labs website - www.cntlabs.co.za).
9) Being registered as a reseller of the CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd product range does not entitle you to area exclusivity. We can and will sign up as many individual resellers in and around
any areas as we deem t. CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to decide when an area has been saturated.
10) CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend prices as and when they see t, without prior notice. In the event that an Independent Reseller places an order after a price increase
without having been aware of it, it will be at the Independent Reseller’s discretion to either pay in the difference, or to request a refund upon notication.
11) CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend product specication as and when we see t.
12) CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel product lines without prior notice. Orders are subject to stock availability. Out of stock orders will be refunded.
13) All goods are delivered ex-factory. All risk associated with shipping the goods from the CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd premises, whether or not arranged or assisted by CNT Labs / Calpharm
(Pty) Ltd, is at the sole risk of the Independent Reseller. CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd does not insure the goods during shipping or transport.
14) All stock must be checked by the Independent Reseller before the stock leaves the CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd premises. Once the products have been removed from the premises,
CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd may no longer be held responsible for any order inaccuracies.
15) In the event that CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd arranges courier / delivery services on the client’s behalf, it will not be seen as a rule but merely a favour, and this original agreement will
remain effective.
16) All purchased goods must be stored in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and below 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
17) Failure to adhere to the CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd Terms & Conditions will result in immediate cancellation of your Reseller status and benets. Depending on the severity of the
infringement the Independent Resellers may be liable for penalty fees.
18) CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions as and when they see t, without prior notice. The Independent Reseller may be required to sign amended
Terms & Conditions prior to subsequent orders.
By signing this form you agree that you have read and understood all the above mentioned terms, and that you agree to adhere to the CNT Labs / Calpharm (Pty) Ltd conditions.
