Please join the Carriage Association of America (CAA) and the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation (CWF) as we welcome twelve European, North American,
and South American scholars to our fourth International Carriage Symposium.
Added to the fourteen interesting talks will be a trade fair, a silent auction, and all the historic sites, tours, and museums that Colonial Williamsburg has to offer.
Where to Stay:
The CAA has rooms at the Williamsburg Lodge (site of all symposium activities) and at the Williamsburg Inn (across the street). Prices for the CAA group:
$119 (plus taxes) for superior Lodge rooms; $149 (plus taxes) for deluxe Lodge rooms; $189 (plus taxes) for Lodge suites; or $265 (plus taxes) for superior rooms
at the Williamsburg Inn. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

How To Get There:
The nearest airport to Williamsburg is the Newport News / Williamsburg International Airport (16.5 miles away).The next closest airport is the Richmond
International Airport (46 miles away). It is possible to take a cab from Newport News to Williamsburg, but from Richmond you will need to either rent a car
or take a commercial van shuttle.
