Dr. Constantin von der Groeben, LL.M.
Constantin advises on public law, especially
administrative, constitutional and EU law.
Furthermore he is specialised in energy law, public
construction and planning as well as environmental
law.
Constantin studied at the universities of
Heidelberg, Cologne and NYU School of Law
(LL.M. 2010). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since
2014. Constantin has been a scholar of the German
National Academic Foundation (Studienstiftung des
deutschen Volkes). He obtained a Ph.D. in law under
the supervision of Prof. Claus Kreß with a
dissertation on "Transnational Conflicts and
International Law". He was visiting professor at
Universidad de la Sabana in Bogotá, Colombia in
2010. Constantin speaks German, English and
Spanish.
