Abstract:
Delta is pleased to announce the immediate release of new DOPSoft version 1.01.10 patch for DOP-B
series HMIs. This release is an improvement, which includes new functions, bug fixes and
enhancements.


HMI models after updating firmware are 3.0079.
HMC models after updating firmware are 3.0124.
Description:
1. The model(s): DOP-B series
2. Fixes in DOPSoft version 1.01.10 patch:
2.1 Fixed if control block use PLC address, HMI cannot get into screen saver.
2.2 Fixed after downloading screen to B03S210, the USBCommMode is changed to 0.
2.3 Fixed the speed up HMI page changing function default value is off.
2.4 Fixed if use embedded subscreen communicate with PLC, change screen will appear the
station 2 or station 4 or station 6 error messages.
2.5 Fixed if set non-volatile to external storage, after a while, HMI will get Run out of Memory error
message.
2.6 Fixed when upload/download Delta EH2 program at system menu will occur error message
“DVP no response”
2.7 Fixed that Modbus RTU Slave will disconnect after communication a while.
2.8 Fixed when LeftTop property of Embedded SubScreen is internal memory , HMI will crash.
2.9 Fixed when set “Communication then updating value” and change screen on HMI, display
element will show empty.
2.10 Fixed enable “RTC Updates” function will cause B03S210 lose its program.
2.11 Fixed when enable “Prevent Upload” function, copy file function of system menu can’t display
catalog.
2.12 Fixed that DopSoft will pop up duplicate error message after change tag of macro.
2.13 Fixed that Simple Indicator in Embedded Subscreen display is shifted.
3. New functions in DOPSoft version 1.01.10 patch:
3.1 Add USB touch panel keypad.

1. Fixed if control block use PLC address, HMI cannot get into screen saver.
Step 1. Into【Options】【Configuration】【Control Block】, set control address to PLC address.
Step 2. Create new screen and set it to screen saver.
Before：
Please execute compiler and download all screen data to HMI, when screen saver time’s up, HMI cannot
get into screen saver.
After：
Set control address to PLC address, HMI could get into screen saver normally.

2. Fixed after downloading screen to B03S210, the USBCommMode is changed to 0.
If user use B03S210, after downloading screen data to HMI, the USBCommMode of MISC. of System
Setting will be changed to 0 in system menu. So it will caused cannot download screen data to HMI if
users use Win 7 operating system.
Before：
After downloading screen data to B03S210, the USBCommMode of MISC. of System Setting will be
changed to 0. So users cannot download screen data to HMI again.
After：
The USBCommMode of MISC. of System Setting options only 1 and 2 in system menu for B03S210.
Users could download screen data to B03S210 normally.

3. Fixed the speed up HMI page changing function default value is off.
The speed up HMI page changing function default value is off in options > configuration > Default.
Before：
If change screen with before execute macro or open screen macro or background macro, the result of
macro will let HMI display error behavior.
After：
Change screen with before execute macro or open screen macro or background macro, the result of
macro is getting correct behavior.

4. Fixed if use embedded subscreen communicate with PLC, change screen will appear the station 2 or
station 4 or station 6 error messages.
Step1. Create screen and select embedded subscreen element, also set PLC communications.
Before：
When HMI change screen frequently, it will appear following as below error message like Station 2 or
Station 4 or Station 6.
After：
When HMI change screen frequently, HMI works normally.

5. Fixed if set non-volatile to external storage, after a while, HMI will get Run out of Memory error
message.
Step1. Create screen and set non-volatile to external storage of History or Alarm or Recipe data.
Before：
Continues to write data to external storage for a while, HMI will appear Run out of Memory error
message.
After：
Continues to write data to external storage for a while, HMI works normally.

6. Fixed when upload/download Delta EH2 program at system menu will occur error message “DVP no
response”.
Before:
Step1.Into system menu, select” Up/Download” then “Transfer Mode”.
Step2.Up/Download Delta EH2 program, HMI will pop up error message “DVP no response.
After:
Delta EH2 Up/Download program correctly.

7. Fixed that Modbus RTU Slave will disconnect after communication a while.
Before:
When communicate to HMI through Modbus RTU Slave, after a while HMI will disconnect.
After:
HMI can communicate a long time by Modbus RTU Slave.

8. Fixed when LeftTop property of Embedded SubScreen is internal memory , HMI will crash.
Step1. Create screen and select Embedded SubScreen, set “LeftTop -X” and “LeftTop -Y” are internal
parameter.

9. Fixed when set “Communication then updating value” and change screen on HMI, display element
will show empty.
Step1. Set Sequence of updating value while as “Communication then updating value” in options >
configuration > Default.
Before:
Change screen on HMI, display element will show empty.
After:
Change screen on HMI, display element will show value at real time.

10. Fixed enable “RTC Updates” function will cause B03S210 lose its program.
Step1. B03S210 enable “RTC Updates” function in options > Real Time Clock Setting.
Before:
After HMI run a while, B03S210 will lose its program.
After:
After HMI run a while, B03S210 keep its program and works normally.

11. Fixed when enable “Prevent Upload” function, copy file function of system menu can’t display catalog.
Step1. Enable “Prevent Upload” in options > configuration > Main.
Before:
Select “Copy file” in System Menu > System Setting > File Manager, HMI can’t display catalog.
After:
Select “Copy file” in System Menu > System Setting > File Manager, HMI will display catalog and user
can copy file from external storage (USB Disk or SD Card) to HMI.

12. Fixed that DopSoft will pop up duplicate error message after change tag of macro.
Step1. Create Tags in options > Tag Table.
Step2. Using Tags in Macro.
Step3. Changing Tag which is not exist in Tag Table.
Before:
DopSoft will pop up duplicate error message after change tag of macro.
After:
DopSoft will check macro at closing macro editor. DopSoft won't check macro at editing macro.

13. Fixed that Simple Indicator in Embedded Subscreen display is shifted
Step1. Create a screen and select Embedded SubScreen.
Step2. Create a sub-screen and select State Graphic, Simple Indicator and Maintained.
Before:
Turn Simple Indicator on in Embedded Subscreen display is shifted.
After:
Turn Simple Indicator on in Embedded Subscreen display is normally.

14. Add USB touch panel keypad
Support as below USB touch panel keypad.
When HMI plug in this device, it will plug and play like mouse.
The function as below：

Users could directly use the number button of USB touch panel keypad.

If press Fn button, input number 1234567890 is not working.

If press right key of USB touch panel keypad, it did not work in HMI.

Enter system menu, it could use the USB touch panel keypad.

The Clear button of USB touch panel keypad is equal to the Delete button of element keypad of
HMI.
