2014. All Heads of Schools are instructed to conduct Special Assembly & Organize Oath
Taking Ceremony (Oath Enclosed) for the students & staff. They should also emphasize
on the habits of cleanliness and hand washing for prevention of infections and various
diseases like Diarrhea, Pneumonia etc.
This issues with the prior approval of the competent authonty.

The vision on Global Hand Washing Day is to foster global and local culture of hand washing with soap
which is the most effective and inexpensive ways to prevent Diarrheal diseases and pneumonia.
For the
promotion of positive health in school children Hand Washing is very important intervention, hand washing with
soap and water before meals and after toilet use.
