The pay of the above officers will be fixed under FR 22 (1) a (1). Necessary
option in terms of provision to above said rule for fixation of pay in the higher
promotional scale of pay either from the date of promotion itself or from the date of
next increment in the lower scale of pay may be obtained from the official within one
month from the date of their promotion. If they have already been given financial up
gradation under the ACP/MACP scheme in the Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300-34800 +
Grade Pay of Rs. 42001-, the financial benefit allowed under this scheme is final and
no fixation benefit will accrue to them on this promotion.
3.
The orders may be complied with strictly and compliance
furnished to the Hqrs, Office, New Delhi within a week.
