The ceremony took place on site under the auspices of His Highness Sayyid Asa'ad bin Tariq Al Said, Representative of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, in the presence of dignitaries including members of the Omani royal family, ministers, undersecretaries and business leaders. Promoted as 'Oman's newest luxury address', the $600 million project is taking shape on site.
