Ryan Schnare is a Sales Associate and has been working with CBRE since 2008. A
native of Halifax, Ryan returned home after living in Vancouver since 1998. Ryan
began his career in real estate in 2003 with a national commercial real estate
services firm as a Sales Representative. In 2006, Ryan joined Bentall Capital,
Canada’s largest real estate investment advisory and services organization. As
Leasing Manager for Bentall, Ryan was in charge of negotiating leases for retail,
industrial and office properties totaling 1.2 million square feet. Having experience
on both sides of the negotiating table, Ryan brings a unique level of skill and
understanding to Tenant and Landlord Representation.
