Background:
Professional experience includes work as Project- and Construction
Manager as well as Risk Management in the banking industry. In this
period he was involved in over 25,000 valuation reports performed
for mostly property- and development finance purposes. Since
January 2009 he is employed by the University of Pretoria where he
currently holds the position of senior lecturer and also serves as
program leader in real estate.

Property and Construction Economics, Valuation, Development
studies and financial modelling in the Construction and Property
Industry.
