Characters Costumes For Pinocchio
Village children, schoolchildren, Stringbean, and Adults: regular
clothes. Nothing with words or sparkles.
Grandpa Woods: solid color pants, flannel shirt, reading glasses,
powdered hair to look older
Grandma Woods: flowered dress, apron, powdered hair with purple color
(See if you can find hair extensions at the toy store or dollar store in
purple)
Chipper: PJ’s, Hair Band, Big Fluffy Blanket
Colodi Cricket: black pants, black shirt (long sleeve) vest, hair band to
attach antennae
Purple Fairy: purple dress, wings, wand, large scarf to wear on her head
and shoulders when she is pretending to be an old woman, purple wig.

Sly Fox : black pants, any color shirt and a jacket if possible to look like a
thief. Large colorful handkerchief or scarf that can hang out of your

Marionettes: Brightly colored clothes, sparkles, old Halloween costumes.
You need to look like a doll.
Red cheeks, red lips, freckles, 2 lines coming down at the corner of the
mouth.
Pinocchio: Black shorts, white knee-high socks, sneakers, green felt hat
(Party City) white gloves, vest,
Gepetto: solid color pants, flannel shirt, coat or sweater with patches,
powdered hair and wire-rimmed glasses
Ringmaster: Black Pants Jacket, bright shirt, top hat
Assistant same as ringmaster, different style hat or none all
Tonio Tuna and fish: any color hoodie with matching pants.
Donkey Children: hoodies in gray, brown, black, or tan with matching
pants. We will attach the ears to the hoodie
