PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE

1. Commercial Building Permit - $7.95 for each $1,000.00 or part thereof of construction cost.
A minimum of $72.40 shall be charged for issuance of any Building Permit (+ Provincial Service Fee).
Industrial & Public Building Permit - $7.35 for each $1,000.00 or part thereof of construction cost.
A minimum of $72.40 shall be charged for issuance of any Building Permit (+ Provincial Service Fee).
Residential Building Permit
A minimum of $72.40 shall be charged for issuance of any residential Building Permit (+ Provincial Service Fee)
$ 6.05 per square metre fee for the main floor
$ 4.05 per square metre fee for additional above grade levels
$ 2.15 per square metre fee for basement development
$ 1.65 per square metre fee for garages and carports
$ 6.05 per square metre fee for; apartments, townhouses and row housing.
$ 72.40 fee for decks
