Commercial Building Permit - $7.95 for each $1,000.00 or part thereof of construction cost. A minimum of $72.40 shall be charged for issuance of any Building Permit (+ Provincial Service Fee). Industrial & Public Building Permit - $7.35 for each $1,000.00 or part thereof of construction cost. A minimum of $72.40 shall be charged for issuance of any Building Permit (+ Provincial Service Fee).
